I order the son of a baconator and Dave’s double combo with a coke and a strawberry lemonade with spicy nuggets. To my surprise the strawberry lemonade was horrible watered down its like the ran out of strawberry mix and used what little syrup was left over to make it, the baconator beef patties were over cooked and dry as i spent $33 I felt it should have tasted as if i was at a restaurant. I decided to return it for a refund for the baconator combo the manager rude asked for my bag he puts on gloves looks in the bag says i ate the sandwich when of course i had take a bite how else would u know then i ripped in half to view the inside the dry patties the manger argued with me about eating the sandwich one where do they do that at put on gloves and go throw your food if I’m bringing it back i didn’t eat nor did i enjoy it just give me my money. To my disguise he goes to ask another employee to speak with me and they refine me for only my fries and drink mind as i was returning it was another customer asking for another drink because it was horrible. DO NOT VISIT THIS WENDYS THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NOR v PROFESSIONALISM.

With the addition of the new kiosk in the dining area the time to order went from less than 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Never coming here again til they remove this garbage

No specific issues with this location the person who served me was nice butttttt it has to be noted that I got a single spicy chicken sandwich that came with nothing on it and no sides and it was $7.30 and the sandwich is smaller than my hand. Absolutely the biggest rip off that I’ve experienced from a fast food restaurant… I will not be returning to any of these franchises

I order door dash from this place and they send the wrong thing or miss something or I say no lettuce and they send no tomatoes. Never any sauce at all. They just missed the main sandwich. And no straw. So incompetent. That's why they work there and will forever hopefully

The best Wendy's restaurant I have been. I a child with a special need. Anytime I visit this location at Silverlane East Hartford CT. The manager and all the employees treat him like a king. The welcome him and makes him feel like home. The manager told me the father to bring him all the time. The price and services are excellent. Recommend this location to everyone especially those with special needs. You will feel welcome. The place is nice and clean. Thank you this location management.
