Messed up our order, then when we asked them to fix it (we literally just needed to trade out our side sauces because they gave us the WRONG ones)and the employee chick was hella rude. Maybe don’t screw up our order the first time if you don’t want to have to fix it. It seems they mess the order up 9 times out of the 10 that we order.

The meal I ordered from here was delayed almost 2 whole hours, when I called in to ask about why it was taking so long the woman on the phone said "Its in the oven" and proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back to complain about her hanging up on me she repeatedly said that she is working multiple ovens and proceeded to act rude when I called her out on that.

I was a huge fan of D.P. dough when I was a student. The calzones are great and perfect to satisfy a late night craving. However, the preptime of the calzones can be upwards of an hour, especially at peak times (such as weekend nights), and I have had delivery take well over 1.5 hours to show up. That aside, if you order at a non-busy time it should not be as much of an issue.

As a doordash employee, I dread coming here. There isn’t a time where I don’t have to wait for my customers food. Like bro “dash” is in my job description. If it’s slow for me being alone in the restaurant at 10pm with 3 people working then, don’t expect fast service as a student. It’s like “fast” food for college kids who have money. I ordered cheesy bread once and it had like no cheese and for 8$? I should just make it myself for half the price. My final point is the current staff that work there. I was in the store when it was busy one afternoon and had no place to stand. The owner came up to the counter and rudely told me to move away from the counter which is at my eye level. He had a goatee, probably peaked in high school and seems to be stuck in 2005. The other female employees are rude and snotty. I have nothing against lgbtq community and fully support it, but I kid you not this women with green hair hit on my girlfriend right in-front of me and the was rude to me every-time I went in there. Like bro we just 2 kids tryna work and make money and it’s the stuff like this that sucks. It just makes me uncomfortable.
