This place is better than the subway on Boston post Road, the employees are decent in my experience and who i believe to be the manager of this subway can be cool from time to time and hooks me up with extra in my sandwiches without charging extra. I mainly order online, pick and leave and havn't had an issue with this place yet and unlike the other subway place i mentioned for the most part this subway place pays more attention to online orders.

The grinders are pitiful. I ordered a foot long combo all bologna and one slice of salami, I think it was salami who knows. If you go in there with a coupon don’t show it till you pay. On the coupon you can only get certain grinders no tuna or steak and cheese. Now I know why I don’t go to Subway anymore.

I arrived at this location, Storrs Rd in MansfIeld, CT at 8:50PM on Tues, Dec 26th. The sign on the door says that they are open until 9:30pm. I was told by the employee that they were getting ready to close. He said that he was already counting out his register and could not take any more orders. Does it take 40 minutes to count out his register. If you are suppose to be open until 9:30 I would think you would take customers until at least 9:15. If you are going to stop taking customers at 8:45pm then your store hour sign should state that.

So the service wasn’t bad, but this place is filthy. The bathroom states “only for paying customers” and as a customer I was expecting a clean restroom for my four year old to use. It hasn’t been cleaned in so long there’s mold inside and outside of the toilet bowl, the sink is very filthy with mold as well. Hopefully this will catch someone’s attention.

I came here for lunch on 11/12/18. It was very busy (because lunch, of course) but the three young employees were very quick and professional.An old lady approached the young woman at the cash register, and told her "Can I tell you something? You're restrooms are filthy!"Um excuse you, Princess. Can't you see these three perfect employees are working their hardest over here?! There is a line of people and you expect someone to stop making our sandwiches to clean the bathroom that you probably soiled??

I was set up outside this store for a vendor event they had a constant line and kept it moving. I grabbed a late lunch the bread was perfectly cooked and vegetable trays weren't covered in ice. The ladies were very friendly as well!
