They don't accept cash for delivery anymore have to go store and pay cash, food price is pricey for portions you get, coupons aren't the best and if you do have a card for delivery and like to order delivery the website glitches out sometimes saying can't deliver to my location because there is no store nearby but can call and get delivery long as paid with card. The food is ok but I've stopped ordering because of the several inconveniences.
I like this spot their food is good it's just sometimes the chicken has so much fat. I would say they can't control that but they could remove the fat before frying? other than that I love the flavors they have for sauce and the waffle fries are good. Also the place is clean inside.

I love the chicken so much I’ll drive 35 minutes to get some, however this time I was handed the wrong order completely, they never asked my name. And I not thinking drove home without realizing. Thankfully after a day or so they issued a full refund for the order. So over all good chicken just make sure you’re leaving with the right food.

Ordered online. Googled 'Wings Over Storrs' and followed the prompts. There was no place to add additional blue cheese. I completed the order and gave a tip, figuring I'd call and ask for more blue cheese. I called. Happy to pay, or do whatever it took to get extra blue cheese. The kid that answered the phone said he'd include extra blue cheese. 'I got chu' was his actual quote. They delivered the order without the extra blue cheese. Called the store, for any type of reasonable explanation knowing I was out of luck, but hoping for some solace. Store manager somehow made it seem like it was my fault. Perhaps trite, but if you say you're going to do something do it. When spending over forty bucks on a meal for one, it's nice if it's right. Managers rude behavior topped off a terrible experience. Go to Wing Stop instead.

The wings are not bad but they are quite underwhelming for the price. When I ordered delivery, the driver delivering my food was not particularly friendly, and upon checking that order I realized that I did not receive one of the items that I had ordered.

UPDATE: The manager reached out and personally apologized and offered a refund for the transaction from that day. An example in great service recovery. I like going to Wings over Storrs on my cheat days. Their wings are good quality and I like their sauces. However, I went there twice this week, the first time the service was really weird, with no greetings and whatnot. That bothered me. But I let it go. But last night I order 12 wings, and then when I got home there were only 10 wings. When I was complaining about this to a friend of mine today, he said this has happened to him before as well. Is this why you staple the packages? I was surprised that a take-out joint does this kind of thing. Won't be going back.
