Good was so so, service not great. We had to ask several times for milk for our coffee, they never offered take out boxes, and we had to go up to the counter to pay, cuz we were tired out wait for the check after asking several times.

I come for the gyro and bacon cheeseburger platters; not a fan of Greek-style pizza (Neopolitan all the way!). Besides a couple minor order glitches, I've always been pleased with the friendly and attentive service, food quality, flavor, freshness, portions and price. I've only been there at pretty quiet times, but there's constant take-out foot traffic regardless of when I go, which is a good sign in my book.

The Village Green restaurant was a pleasant surprise for me. Having driven by the restaurant dozens of times I finally stopped in for dinner. Location is bigger than I expected but by no means a large place. Decor is bright and welcoming with lively music playing in background. We were received with pleasant smiles immediately. We could sit anywhere we liked. We learned the restaurant recently completed management change. The menu hasn't changed to date but future changes possible. Very clean dining area. No beer or wine served at restaurant to date but subject to change. The menu includes Greek pizza, burgers, sandwiches, and Greek dishes like gyros. We ordered turkey wrap and lamb gyro with soups for sides. My corn chowder was very good in fact I wanted to order a second cup to go. The chicken soup was also very tasty. My lamb gyro had a healthy serving of meat. I was impressed with the portion and the flavor of meat was very good. The prices were very reasonable. Overall it was a good experience that I would repeat.

We had an issue and the owners only concern was making it right. He was genuinely a nice guy who wants to make sure the customer is happy. The food was delicious! We live far away but we are going to make it a point to come by regularly.

Visited Village green pizza restaurant recently and was impressed by the quality of food and the inviting atmosphere. The dishes were delicious .The restaurant's ambiance added to the experience, providing a cozy and welcoming setting for a memorable meal. This was such a great little pizza place. It appears to be family run and they were so kind. Quite a few people came in for takeout orders while we were eating and they seem to know most people by name. Some ordered at the counter and they already knew "the usual". It was such an inviting and cozy place to eat. My husband got a grinder and it was MASSIVE and the meat cuts were thick and piled on. The pizzas were very good and dessert looked great however we were full so didn't try anything. If I remember correctly it was BYOB which is convenient given it's located next to a package store.

This is the place you picture when you think of a "local pizzeria." It's nothing fancy, but that's not necessary when you serve nice food and have a pleasant staff. We visited shortly after power had been restored to our area, so things were understandably a bit hectic. However, we enjoyed the food. It tasted fresh and was good quality. We hope to visit again soon.
