The staff is great and the food was prepared correctly, but it's just not good food. Mac and cheese with peppers is weird and tasted like airplane food. Boneless wings are thigh meat (why?), tenders were seasoned weirdly, and the house salad is no good Drinks were good, and again, staff was awesome, but I would never eat food at this hard rock again

My sisters and I ate here tonight, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. Our waitress, James, provided amazing service and had a great personality! Not only was the service spectacular, but the overall atmosphere including the music was fantastic! We will be back again.

My experience at Hard Rock was very enjoyable. I was there for a bachelor party of 6 people. We were seated in the back room which was decorated very nicely in accordance with the theme of the restaurant. The food was amazing, and our adult beverages were made correctly and delicious. The only disappointment we had was expecting a live band, as I have experienced in the past. Maybe because it was a Thursday, they did not have one, but it would have been a great addition to dinner. I would recommend, and I will return!

Went a couple times in a week. First time food was meh (salads were yuck! Brown lettuce etc.) Both times service was top notch and drinks were on point. Salmon noodle bowl was delicious. Mac n cheese with chicken was tasty I'm told.Kid-friendliness: Lots to look at on the walls, music and videos playing. Loud atmosphere and big bathrooms.

Waited 15 minutes for the server to come to our table. When the drinks were delivered three arrived at the same time, the fourth had to wait a while for his drink. When the food was served three plates were served simultaneously, the fourth waited so long that it was evident that the staff forgot to place that order at the same time.

Very disappointed that the French fries changed I am gluten free because I have to be and this was my go to place for their French fries because they were gluten free... sad to say I will not be going back

This review is almost 2 weeks overdue but still worth sending. On Saturday, April 6th, we checked in to the hostess table at 6:13 for a 6:15 reservation. We were told they were clearing tables and we needed to wait. While we stepped to the side to wait, another family of 4 came up and were seated. Maybe they had a reservation before us or maybe they were late? After waiting for just over 15 minutes, the manager went to the hostess to ask why we were waiting and said to seat them immediately. Our waitress Pam was fantastic- friendly and efficient! Within ten minutes we were served our delicious cocktails. She was so considerate that when she took our order, she asked if there were any allergies. As we were sitting and enjoying our meal, we realized that the final four were playing, we asked the manager to switch the television station, and he said yes. With so many people in the restaurant, you could tell that the manager wanted to make sure every guest was happy! The food we ordered was delicious- the mac and cheese, the sliders (which was enjoyed as a meal), the fajitas, and the impossible burger...all so delicious!! We finished our dinner with tasty shots and left very happy! When we left, we were given a receipt to pick up souvenir glasses and were told we could get them when we could just by showing the receipt. Since we were going to a concert, we waited until we were leaving the next morning. When we asked the hostess about getting our glasses, she said to hold on just a moment as the store was not open yet. She found the manager, the one from dinner, and he was so kind to open the store a couple of minutes early for us to get our glasses. Such a very thoughtful manager! We will definitely be back!

After celebrating Easter with family on Saturday, we were simply looking for a place to eat while out on a Sunday drive, without an holiday buffet or special menu, and Hard Rock came to mind - and it was a good decision. My wife had the mac & cheese with chicken, and enjoyed it. I had the smokehouse combo, and have to say, the ribs were meaty and as good as I've had in a long time.

At first we were a bit dissapointed as we had made reservations and made the note that we were celebrating an 18th birthday. They sat us at the worst possible table , right outside the kitchen and told us there was nothing they could do , they had other reservations. But once our waiter Ken came over he FIXED everything. Just his kindness and way of making us feel like we were going to have a great night changed everything. We literally moved one table over and it changed the whole night. A couple more hiccups happened, but we went with the flow and truly enjoyed our experience, the food was great, there happened to be live music(bonus) and it was a great celelbration. Thanks to Ken.
