My catering order was ready on time the same day. I asked for some bread and they quickly chopped it up and added it to the order. I gave the girl $10 and asked the if that coverd the bread and out the door I went. I ate a small piece of bread which was very good. I dropped off the chicken parmesan or salad for a family so I can't speak to that yet. I will be placing another order this weekend for another family event. I'll let you know how it goes

Beware!!!! There are new owners and they are nowhere near as nice as the previous owner who always took the time to say hi to me and my family by name and always asked how we were doing.Ultimately, I canceled my order due to their lack of professionalism and knowledge. I honestly can’t speak to the current quality of their food for this reason but my husband and I had a gut feeling it wouldn’t be as good as Bella Luna used to be.If you care to know the details of my experience, the very brief synopsis is… when I first called with a few questions, they did not know the size of the party pizza. I had to ask multiple ways (I specifically asked in inches what size it was) and after a moment, he was able to tell me. When I called back ready to order, I stated that I’d like to place an order for the next day. The guy starts rambling off an order that another person must have placed and I told him that, no, I wanted to place a new order. I placed it, he confirmed the time (2/2:30) and I thought we were good. Well, 2:15 the same day rolls around and I get a phone call from a delivery driver asking if he was at the right place because he wasn’t quite sure. I informed him the order was for the following day and I have to give him credit, he was very polite about it and just politely asked about the location of the party so he could find it the following day. Shortly after this occurred, I called just to confirm my order would still arrive the next day. A woman answered and did not ask for my name and just said “yes it is, bye” and hung up on me. All of this did not sit well with me, since it was bad experience after bad experience and my gut told me to cancel. I called to cancel the order and the man I spoke to said “why” and actually laughed out loud. He literally laughed. How unbelievably unprofessional!!! I 100% made the right choice, especially as he started to say “we already made your order” so I was 100% not getting fresh made food the following day. This was so disappointing because as I previously said, the old owner was amazing! We will not be returning to Bella Luna.

I can't believe that ANY plane would deliver food like this. Pick any other pmspot in Meriden! I ordered eggplant rollatini, and it came with ham rolled up inside which is not on the menu. I also ordered a crispy chicken salad. It was a bowl of lettuce with thin, burnt chicken cutlets in top. They were ROCK HARD! I called to talk to the staff and the manager got on the phone screaming at me to read the menu. I told him I ordered on Uber and the menu THEY set up doesn't say abutment about ham. This was a waste of time and money. Bella Luna - Check your Uber menu!

Super impressed with the quality of the food. The Buffalo chicken pizza you have to try. Thin crust and very delicious! I support this company 100%. They also were very nice over the phone and easy to comprehend. My delivery was here in a manorly fashion! Thanks Bella Luna pizza!! 5 stars all the way around!!!

Visited this place on a snowy day. Friendly staff welcomed me with smile. Found variety’s of pizza, pasta and wings in their menu. Tried the chicken alla vodka one of the best dish ever had in italian cuisine, perfectly cooked and seasoned with garlic. A perfect place around meriden to try again..

Wings were amazing I had them delivered with some curly fries and they sent real mozzarella shredded cheese in a separate container for our fries let me tell you the wings with the garlic parm ?? and the mozzarella cheese ? ?for the fries was just it. Wings perfectly
We have had Bella's fried calamari for many years and considered it to be the best in the area. Last two times, would not order it again. Don't change somethings that's great. Gave it a four because everything else is delicious.
