I ordered a coffee & a sandwich through the App, it took two minutes to served my order apparently everything was precooked & warm up! I left the building and walked to my car. When I found out the coffee was cold. I asked for a refund since it’s a hospital it’s a project to go back and forward. My response was, either go back, to get a fresh cup of coffee or go online and request a refund. Since my purchase was not at the store. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund through this app.

You can tell the workers are miserable here (the AM ones) I already heard them talking about me before I left the store (Middle aged woman /Hispanic maybe/Glasses) because I asked for a modification to my order. I'd have to say coming here is a gamble because usually there is a woman in the morning with curlier hair that is AMAZING, not sure of her name but she's always on her game.Also the younger staff, the ones who work afternoons into the nights always have positive attitudes. They work well, especially for working everything ALONE.

I work for this Hospital most of the time we buy from this DD's but I ordered a bacon wake up wrap the hispanic manager put only ¼ piece of bacon in it she doesn't care about customers she is very rude to people and we always pick up online orders for our coworkers bit no now she doesn't let anyone picked any food for anyone else.

I ask for pumpkin coffee cream only and they gave me a regular coffee I told them what I order and she gave me attitude and gave me the pumpkin coffee with sugar I just took it and walk away I just through it away because was nasty, doesn’t taste pumpkin at all

If I could rate zero stars I would . young Hispanic woman has a nasty attitude and instead of serving customers she in the back talking on her phone . Then comes to the front complaint how she’s the only worker listen that isn’t my issue I come here to get food or drinks anything else has she needs to take up with her manger there should be no reason why 3-7 people leave because she’s taken way to long in the back on her phone !! WE COME HERE FOR FOOD NOT TO HEAR U COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR JOB maybe you guys should be more considerate and have more than ONE PERSON .
