I have a horrible medical treatment every week and the only positive is my Sausage and Meatball Grinder.And this evening I made an order for a pizza and they made an error on it and I called and let them know and they immediately remade it and delivered it.They’re probably the best place in Meriden! Go!!!(And what really makes me happy is that when I pick up my orders during the weekdays during lunch time they always have on old episodes of SAVED BY THE BELL! LOL

I was in a pinch because the original restaurant I was ordering from was a nightmare. I needed to order party pizzas for 60 guests the afternoon before the party. I had called a few other places before Empire and no one was able to accommodate my requests (party pizzas and delivery).I called Empire and had no issues at all being able to order 6 party pizzas and 3 trays of wings on such short notice. The delivery arrived right on time and the driver even put the pizzas out on the table for us. Everything was hot and delicious! Many guests kept asking where we ordered from. I definitely recommend this pizza restaurant!

This place used to be my favorite. Recently it's gone down hill. They gave me what looks like an actual fried chicken foot and small pieces of chicken fingers. $10 for not even a bites worth of chicken! And one of them still had a whole fingernail! This is disgusting I'm definitely done ordering from here

I was on a road trip and stopped in for lunch. The service was quick and staff friendly. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had! The dough was the thing. Did not scrimp on the toppings either.

Yo fr fr ! The steak & cheese with everything on it ? Excuse me ??I brought it twice this week and it bussed everytime #approved and they are literally just taking 30 mins ! Service is great ! No wonder they’re phones get busy on the weekends man ???

Horrible customer service from the driver. I was waiting on my lobby for about 10-15 minutes and the driver was waiting for me at his car. I call them and ask him where he was. Then He came and was scared of my trained dog so he decided to place my food on the floor (me and my dog was behind 2 glass doors) then he asked if i was tipping him for that I responded "sir you just put my food on the floor" the audacity then he threatened me with taking the food back. I was like "go ahead you just put my food on the floor" I didn't even got a refund

My opinion but I didn't care for they're ham grinders. Not my kind of grinder rolls. On the other side the pizza and wings are fantastic.So don't let my not liking the grinders stop you from trying them out.

I had only the pizza and was not a fan. Sausage was fresh be but not enough sauce and too much cheese. Some people may like that though. I guess I'm partial to New Haven style and this was not that (nor did they claim to be). They have a fairly large menu other than pizza and maybe that is the issue. I'm not saying that it was bad, rather I am saying it wasn't for me.

Usually this is my go to place for a quick meal etc . Tonight I ordered a Blt club which surprisingly showed up 8 mins later . I live on the second floor in the back of a three family which all of the drivers know by now . This driver called me and asked me if I was coming out to his car which replied “ no , I live in the back of the house on the second floor “ . He pulls into the driveway honks on his horn and waits for me to walk out to his car so he didn’t have to get out of the vehicle . Had the balls to check the receipt for his tip before even pulling off . I’m all setttt that was the last straw .
