You can't ask much from fast food but I know that the franchise are taking shortcuts on that chicken because I never chewed on a piece of nugget for so long I had to spit it out. Step up the quality or Popeyes will have to win

Many KFCs in the CT area are hit or miss. Although, this Meriden location is always kept clean and the staff stays friendly. Hopefully this stays the way it is, we all know customer service and cleanliness are on the decline across the board in the fast food restaurant genre. Good job at this location for the high standards!Kid-friendliness: Treated my 3 year old daughter with loads of love and compliments. Also, great job KFC for adding the kids meal to the menu!

I LOVE KFC and these people will customize my order as I want it!
On 7/26/23 at 11:15am we arrived at KFC to purchase a VERY large order of chicken for our church event that day. We spoke to the cashier and stated what we needed I politely attempted to say hello. I shook the cashiers hand. She said she don’t shake hands. We explained to her that we need 160 pieces of chicken.She said she has to call her manager. She called her manager. Her manager said no, we will not serve you. I didn’t know if it was a race thing. I don’t know if it was due to me being a black American or a deacon in a church. I was highly offended. The cashier at the drive-through asked Us are we serious about purchasing that amount of chicken? We replied yes.We were going to pay the money at the point of sale. After she said we’re not going to serve you we left politely and that’s why I am posting this review on the KFC review site, I don’t normally do this, but based on the very, very poor lack of customer service, and how we felt that we were discriminated based on our religion as being Christians was very offensive to us. I suggest you not to go to KFC at this location.

This is the second time this location has forgot food in the order. This time I contacted the location after we arrived 15 mins back home to see they left out the 8 tenders of the combo in bucket and not only were they rude and accused us of lying that the food was missing.

Every time I go here or order from here it's like they never even knew my order was a thing. I mobile order and it says its being prepared I arrive and it isn't even started every time. They always seem to be out of chicken and I am always ending up waiting 10-20minutes for them to make more.
