The service was not that great. The receptionist ignored when I called her. They tended to other people that came after me. My wife's meal arrived 20mins before mine. So because she was waiting on my food to arrive so we can eat together her food got cold. Then it almost seams like the receptionist and our waitress had a problem with each other where we were being ignored when we asked for help/ information from the receptionist. The receptionist didn't want to help anyone that was at the table our waitress was assigned to.

I ordered the BBQ trio with 2 sides and only got 2 meats and 1 side. Food was SO overcooked and dry, the temperature was cold and inedible. Definitely DO NOT recommend! Would not feed this to my dogs!

Salad was soggy and all iceberg with some spinach that was thrown in a salmon salad! Went here on my lunch break which is 40 minutes and I work right behind the mall less then 5 minutes away and it took the 45 minutes to get me a salmon salad!! First time never again ! don't wast your time!!!!

Awful. Way too little food for the price paid. The order was screwed up, missing side orders and sauces. Meat looks like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Very dry. What a disappointment. Lesson learned.

I love Ruby Tuesday in Meriden CT. My family and I always go and request Lena. She has the best service ever! The food along with great service is all we need to make sure we come back every time we go out to eat. Lena always makes sure we feel welcomed and always has a smile on her face. Another plus is everything is always nice and clean.
