I am surprised that the changes of the McDonald's on East. In a good way. McDonald's supposed to be quick and fast. But recently whoever the new owner is they are getting it done. I am a honest person I noticed it's mostly Hispanic employee female. but I'm not mad at all because those ladies in there get it done it's clean and the food is fresh fries are hot and good how much more can you ask from a fast food place.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The teenage girls that work here are very rude and always have an attitude rolling their eyes huffing and puffing while taking my order. It’s actually her job to have a friendly nice attitude with a smile on her face while taking my order. Not a RBF. It’s called customer service and treating the customers with respect. If they can’t treat people with respect then they definitely should not be working in customer service. I don’t plan to ever come back to this McDonald’s ever again. I will take my money to another location.

Me and my two friends went in to use the bathroom and get drinks after school. The dining room was closed off so we were only allowed in there and no other people. My friend didn’t know and let in a few other people but proceeded to get yelled at and kicked out by an old man working there. Keep in mind my other friend was still able to order and she’s white. We’re both mixed and got kicked out. He wouldn’t allow other teenagers in that were black and Hispanic. I don’t know if it was racist, but we were still greatly offended and wouldn’t consider going again! Subway for the win. Oh and he told all of us to go to Taco Bell which seems kinda racist.

i go to mhs which is right around the corner from this location. me and my friends walked to mcdonald’s after school in the 35 degree freezing cold weather with ice on every sidewalk to sit down and have lunch together…. we ordered online to be in and out as soon as possible but we’re denied entry to the restaurant. they gave us our food and sent us on our way BACK to the school so that we could eat.

Customer service went downhill rushed at the speaker couldn’t order everything the female taking my order rushed me off the speaker didn’t even finish taking my order she told me pull up to first window they will finish your transaction, just rude I don’t understand how paying customers are treated!!! Then to top it off I’m missing my quarter pounder?! I call it takes them 10 minutes to answer for them to play on the phone. The manager Elizabeth?! Does she even exist?! I asked for the GM name which became an issue?!? I will be following up very poor service you would expect better especially from a food chain so huge?! But who still eats this ME!!

Messed up my order multiple times, physical assaulted students who visit there, closed the door in people’s faces, used verbal harassment against people along with other inappropriate behavior towards customers.

This restaurant is using discriminatory practices when it comes to providing service. Their employees, as of this week, also feel it is legal to forcibly remove and bar paying customers from this location. Next time this occurs, on site, I will be calling the police. Very poor customer service! If you can’t appreciate the money of people who live in this community, go somewhere else!!!!!!

This is the worst location for mobile ordering. I order through the app for curbside pick up and I have to end up picking it inside myself. I will sit and wait 20 minutes and no one comes out.
