The food is good, but the service is not. The ladies on the other end of the phone were so rude.the delivery guy knows absolutely nothing. they got my addressed all mixed up. i had to stand outside and wait for him to come for 30 minutes in the freezing cold. never order from this place. they are so ridiculous.

The worst!! Fry oil was old, egg rolls were spoiled, formented cabbage. CHICKEN wing were so over cook they were dry meat .never again!!

I ordered food for the family, over 50.00 worth. The egg rolls were dry, the shrimp egg foo yung had NO flavor what so ever, the gravy taste was burnt. The orange chicken had NO flavor just spicy, which I asked for no spice. The fried rice was HARD, the chicken lo mein had NO flavor as well and was dry. I haven’t had their food in a very long time, and I remember why. Never will I order from this place again!! Money down the drain and I’m pissed!!

Dog crap. I don't know what the hell I was thinking giving these people another chance afte getting a bad meal few year ago. food has no flavor and the spare ribs smell bad. maybe health inspector need a visit.

Rude lady in the front... tired of her attitude now. You'd think that she's let up on her attitude after going to the restaurant for months but no, she doesn't... The food isn't even all that for her to be carrying on in that matter... Sigh... I'm usually so sweet with my ratings but 2/5 (and that's me being generous). Restaurant seems to be kept clean I guess.

food was ok for a while. then got worse.. ordered 3 orders of boneless ribs and pork fried rice. ribs were very undercooked. no one felt safe eating them. called restaurant and they got upset like it was our fault ribs werent cooked right, got attitude from woman that answers the phone. if you pick your food up at the restaurant make sure you check it before you leave. rice often hard and not much flavor. used to order from here all the time, wont be anymore considering how they responded to this situation.
Ordered low mein and teriyaki beef sticks, and the teriyaki beef sticks came out burnt crisped and when I asked for a some fresh beef sticks when I got there they gave me attitude plus the beef sticks it was still the same

The food was horrendous. My General Tsos chicken was unedible. It was dry, and the consistency was choke hazard worthy. The rice isn't fried and the onions are half burnt and half raw. Weird right? I'll never eat from here again.

Great food, seems to be family run. Enjoyed it on an unorthodox picnic and it set a happy mood!! Was running late and they were more than understanding. In fact they were so generous to give me a complimentary item. Highly reccomend them if you're going through Meriden. :)
