Pizza don’t have any sauce the service is bad the person answering phone is disrespectful when given them your feedback on food and the food so bad my dog don’t even want to eat pizza from there.

Haven't been there recently but it's look good and I will be there if I have enough money since I am not working right now and have to collect bottles or donations from others to get moneyI have been fired from Shop Rite for destruction of door and Walmart from disorderly conduct to boss and I don't collect unemployment or disability for Asperger's and autism. Gotta say that the last time I ordered it was pretty good. Ordered two calzones and they were both over cooked and on the verge of burnt. A calzone is supposed to be “filled” With cheese! In order to save money and increase profits they charge you 25 bucks for dough. Barely any toppings or cheese. Looks like we will be finding a new pizza joint!

1st and last time eating her. Very upset I wasted $60 dollars on 2 undercooked pizzas . No wonder delivery was lightening quick , they didn’t cook my pizza . The BBQ chicken pizza was ? DO NOT ORDER from here !

Highly recommend, very great food and service. The woman over the phone was extremely nice and patient, sold me on getting extra sides by sheer friendliness and taking the time to make me feel like a customer, customer service truly is above all at this place. The food is amazing, everything I’ve had from here has been exceptional and the vibe when you go in store feels like family. Highly recommend if you haven’t been here before.

I am new to Meriden and was told to try this pizza place. I called in to place my order for pick up. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and extremely helpful with things I was unsure about on their menu. Once I ordered and paid, she let me know about how long it would be for it to be ready for pick up, which for everything I ordered, the timing wasn’t bad! I got my food, brought it home and since I don’t live too far, I was able to enjoy it as if I ate at the restaurant. The food is amazing and I will definitely be ordering from them again!!Thank you to the amazing young lady who took my order and helped me.
Food is absolutely delicious their pizza and Philly cheese steak is amazing. The women who answers phones to take your order Melissa I believe her name is, is always kind courteous, and knowledgeable about their menu and prices I absolutely love when she is the one taking orders since I know my order will be done correctly!

First time ever ordering from here, because we live out of state. The delivery to the hotel was very fast and courteous. The food was very hot, and delicious. He got the spaghetti and meatballs, I got the cheese ravioli. They both came with garlic bread and a salad. Best restaurant food I have had in a while.

I’ve been ordering regularly for many years. I asked forA well done pizza because it had extra cheese. I called when it arrived and the girl on the phone was rude and nasty. I asked to speak to the owner and instead of getting on the phone a man was yelling in the background that was well done and since I wasn’t happy they would be picking up my pizza and refunding my money.I can get pizza anywhere! Customers that leave don’t come back and they tell a friend who tells their friends.Sad this business has gone down hill so much!
