Some of the best food I had in a while from a chain restaurant at not a wallet shattering price. Very friendly waiter even when I made a mistake in my order. I love the casual but definitely respect attitude they got over there. Would recommend if you're near and hungry.Vegetarian options: Big ol salad bar
The hostess greeted and seated us promptly with a great smile. The waitress ,Danielle, was very attentive and helpful by offering excellent suggestions to our questions. I had the soup, broccoli cheddar, and salad bar. Everything on the salad bar was cold,crisp, and fresh. The soup was hot,gooey, and had lots of broccoli. It was well seasoned without being too salty.

Hidden gem in a nearly closed mall. Clean, great staff, excellent food and overall a nice time!
This was overall the worst dining experience I've had in a long time. For starters the food undercooked. I received the wrong order. We thought let's try a drink from the bar at least. Bad move the drinks tasted like soap. I don't think I'd ever go here again.

I haven't eaten at a Ruby Tuesdays in I can remember how long, let alone in the Meriden Mall. The food was good though and the service was pretty good. We had a large group, 9 diners and the food was cooked correctly and came out in pretty good time. $160 for 9 people to eat isn't a bad deal.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant never has issues with accommodation of picky kids.
