I ordered 3 pulled chicken sandwiches. All the hard rolls had mold on them. The chicken was the most dried out chicken I've ever had. I had the man serving me put what he called his homemade BBQ sauce on the side. Homemade BBQ sauce LOL all it was is water down ketchup. I also ordered a half pound of brisket. The brisket was the driest pork roast I've ever had as well. There was no seasoning or smokey flavor at all. The owner said he's been in business for 21 years. This must be a hobby for him. Also not sure how he stayed under the health department radar for the past 21 years. I will never return to this horrible food truck.

Went last night and the Mac and cheese was delicious; the brisket and ribs were tasty but very tough. The brisket was cut into almost medallion size pieces and it took a good minute to chew. The ribs were not trimmed and still had the silver skin on them and were also tough. Not as bad as the brisket though.Sadly this was my last trip

My boyfriend and I stopped here on my birthday. The food was DELICIOUS!!! The ribs were juicy and tender, the chicken was as well. The yams and potato salad were everything!! I didn't get to try the soda but I will next time. The owner was kind and nice and everyone should visit his establishment.

Best southern BBQ we've had in a LONG time, including our recent trip to North Carolina! Great bite, cooked well, portion sizes were outstanding. Well worth the trip ... we will be back!!

A small operation run by an a South Carolina native. This is a food trailer permanently parked at his residence. The meat is smoked just a few feet from where you buy it. The owner uses a Carolinas vinegar "sauce" that has a very mild kick. The pork is tender. The chicken falls off the bone. The ribs have a proper char. I haven"t tried the bricket yet. The sides are all tasty. Most are traditional, but I especially liked the collard greens. They appear to also be treated with his vinegar sauce which results in a lighter, brighter flavor as opposed to the heavier, stewy styles. I like both, but this made for a nice change. As for the corn muffin, I prefer a course textured, higher corn content, southern corn bread.Portions are generous (the sandwiches are a dinner meal). The service has a relaxed pace (this is not fast food) but is genuine and friendly. Take note that this is a CASH ONLY operation. I recommend that he get a Venmo account to enable digital cash transfers.Parking: Parking is very limited. Only 3 will fit in his driveway. Otherwise, you have to park on the street.

I rdered the bbq turkey with mac n cheese and candied yams. Everything was excellent, portion size was great considering the low price.

Ribs and cornbread are a 5. The potato salad is southern style and okay, but I am not a good judge as I have only had it a few time. The Mac and cheese was not what I am used to, but had a tasty spicey bite. The ribs are really the star, so tasty and not smothered in a heavy sweet sauce.
