Unbelievable what I seen and heard yesterday, my mother tried to order on the taco bell drive thru and this manager kept asking what soda we wanted, my mom said Pepsi and the managers Kim kept saying what ..What...i don't understand you and then she started going off even calling my mom the B word, we just wanted to eat. We are related to a ex CO worker of hers where she used to work before taco bell but she got fired for disrespecting customers and CO workers. She blamed my mom when she doesn't have nothing to do with the problems she had in the past at the other store, my mom has been only but kind to her giving her free rides on the cold and rainy weather when she use to work at the other location every day for over a year and now she is all nasty thats so sad, but this taco bell needs better people and with no bad backgrounds of any other fast food place. Ridiculous Why she kept mentioning the store manager and other managers from the other store as well i believe in my heart she is not a safe person to have around at all and this taco bell has very bad reviews of her already from other customers that make this location look awful. We finished going to east main st. where the manager treated my mom how it should be

Ordering by computer touch screen is terrible. Many elderly people don’t know how to use and I’ve seen people leave the restaurant. It’s a terrible experience. I will not be visiting Taco Bell again.

I put in a job application that was forward to me through a good matchup on indeed. I’ve tried to call the location several times the one time I got through, A young lady was very rude to me and said no we are not hiring and hang up the phone, I received the email stating my interview was changed by Taco Bell, I called the restaurant to confirm the interview today lady picked up the phone, I kept saying hello, Hello, and no one would answer back, I can hear a discussion going on in the background, People screaming yoooooooooooooooo, I can hear someone telling someone to clean the front of the house today. I thought it was an error. I hanged up to call back and the line is busy. It is clear to me that they are unprofessional as ever at this location and I will withdraw my application. These people are very rude and that is no way to run a business.

My ratings are not due to the quality of the food. My ratings are for the lack there of. Every time we order for delivery from this particular restaurant, we always have something missing from our order. It seems to be the norm with other people who have had the same experience. Tonight one of the items we ordered was an Online Exclusive Build Your Own Cravings Box. It comes with your choice of a specialty item, a classic item, a side and a drink. We got the classic item, a side and a drink. I did not get my speciality item, which was supposed to be a Crunchwrap Supreme. Along with our orders were the three drinks. None of them had any ice and they were all warm. I’m not sure what the staff is doing while they are on shift, but it doesn’t seem to be guaranteeing that their customers who order delivery get their correct orders. We have gone to the drive thru in the past and ordered and we never had an issue, however whenever we order for delivery from this location, whether through the app or through DoorDash, our orders are almost always wrong or missing items. Then when you try to call the restaurant to let them know what happened, the phone rings and rings and rings and when someone finally does answer, it’s only long enough for them to hang up on you! From now on, I’m changing my restaurant preference to Wallingford since they always get their orders right.

The crunchy taco menu is substantially reduced via drive through and online ordering. I used to love Taco Bell because I like tacos and my husband likes burritos. Recently they stopped offering delicious vegetarian food, especially with a crunchy taco, rice, beans and toppings. I ordered a veggie crunchy taco through drive through and received plain beans and rice - no cheese, no tomatoes and no sauce. I am so disappointed with the menu choices that I will not be ordering from them again.Vegetarian options: Removed crunchy vegetarian taco from menu - only option is burrito or soft taco. Do not allow substitute for crunchy taco.

Went at 1:30 in the afternoon the manager came out and said they wouldn’t be open for 45 minutes because “people not coming” idk if he meant customers or employees but either way fire that man ??‍♂️?

I will never understand some people who go to a place time after time and always have a problem. After a few times I would be done. People make mistakes, but if I don't like the food or the service after a few times... why would I go back. I read a lot of complaints and wonder why people keep going back. I guess they don't like to cook.
