I ordered a steak and cheese grinder, a grilled cheese for the baby , & a smoothie. The smoothie and grilled cheese were both great. The steak grinder was honestly dry, I didn’t taste the cheese or onions, just dry meat . I did order off of door dash in defense of the store so it definitely could’ve dried out in the delivery process . I will definitely try them again in person & I would still recommend anyone looking for a healthy friendly place to eat to try the green deli .

Nice deli in a newer building on the corner with plenty of street parking. The breakfast menu looked delicious, but I had a Turkey Deluxe on a roll. The bread was soft, and plenty of turkey. The service was friendly and quick. The spot has a good view. It was just after lunch rush, so it was a little messy. Tables weren't getting wiped down between guests. Worth a stop if you're in the area.

I've been stopping by this deli on a regular basis over the past year. Carlos and his staff are friendly and attentive. The dining area and the kitchen are always clean. I'm a big fan of the breakfast sandwiches. I usually get a double egg, cheese and bacon on a bagel. Its always delicious!! I've tried their breakfast burrito as well and was very happy with that too. One of my favorite lunch items is the California hero. Its a chicken cutlet with yellow cheddar, ranch, bacon, lettuce and tomato on a sesame hero roll. Love it!!! They use Boar's Head products and their bread is delivered fresh daily. Definitely recommend

We are SO beyond excited to have found this place, this is exactly the type of small, locally-owned business Meriden needs. Excellent breakfast and lunch options, a creative (yet affordable) menu, and love that its right downtown by the green.As a vegetarian, I love that the Build Your Own Egg Sandwich can have good quality plant-based sausage (and other plant-based options!). We loved the Home Fries, and my fiancé was thrilled with his Breakfast Burrito. Can't wait to try some of the smoothies, juices and more exciting menu options. We're just bummed we didnt find this place sooner!Vegetarian options: They specifically have dedicated plant-based options and a plant-based menu section.Dietary restrictions: I’m a vegetarian but eat vegan whenever possible. I love that I have so many plant-based options here!! I usually have to go out of town to get that.
