Ordered on Christmas eve for the family and guestsnat our home.. Mostly every order had something wrong and of course, my husband(who is a GM of a reputable Italian restaurant in Ct) did not even get what he ordered!1st and last time we will order from this place. Very disappointed and embarrassed that I lost my appetite

Very delicious I have nothing negative to say. Everything I ordered was made just right and it definitely hit the spot ? I ordered general tso’s chicken with pork fried rice, chicken and broccoli and chicken wings and fried scallops and it was all very good food. I recommend everything I ordered.

ordered online said it would be ready within 15 min was not ready for 45. when the food came out it was burnt and had no flavor. we ordered boneless spare ribs, they were black and charred. very disappointed with the all around experience. will not be eating here

I received burnt wings called them 5 times to speak to a manager && was hung up on several times I will never order from this place again extremely disappointed && they are unprofessional. Spent $38 on GARBAGE.

Horrible service!! I placed a delivery and waited 2 hours! within that time frame I called 4 times to make sure my food was out for delivery. The woman on the phone told me he was in route 3 separate times. The fourth time I called they told me my order had been cancelled and wouldn’t compensate my meal for the inconvenience. A few months ago I placed an order, I asked them if I could add something and they told me It was too late. When the man dropped off my food I didn’t have a tip ready for him per how I was treated on the phone, I sign the receipt without a tip, he hands the receipt back to me asking for a tip, i told him no tip because of the service…then he yells in my face. WORST SERVICE! Very entitled
I'm highly upset about the fact that I placed an order and I called customer service to speak with an manager and they didn't want to let me to speak to them due to the fact that they mess up my order, we don't eat meat and I need a refund for my side. Thank

30 minutes promised for delivery, took an hour. Paid for 4 meals and got 3. Called at 8 pm to rudeness and told to leave a voicemail. My number is out of town but I live up the street. I won’t order from here again. They can keep the money too. I was so peeved I didn’t want what I ordered. I’m good though. Won’t happen again.
