In the several years we have been coming to Vyne’s, it never disappoints. Our servers, Cassie, Keith and Annmarie have always been personable and efficient. The food is delectable. You must stop by and dine!

My husband and I went there for V-Day celebrations. After dinner my husband got sick with a stomach ache and a diarrhea, which continued all night long. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened. The manager started with a defensive mode saying: “Well nobody else called, so I don’t think this is related to the food, he must got a virus or so” . I couldn’t believe what I heard. It cost me more than $200 for this very unprofessional response. I told her this is not the way you talk to customers, especially coming from a place that supposedly has good reviews. She hanged up on me. Extremely disappointed, shame on Vyne. On top of all I didn’t even ask for any reinstatement or so because that wasn’t my intention at all.

I never go out on a holiday but we met friends for Valentine’s Day. Reservations were for 7:30. Took over an hour for appetizers and they were burnt when they got to us. The Bahn Mi shrimp toast and French onion soup were charcoal. We asked several times for our appetizers. The owners came over twice and stated they would take care of us especially since people around us were seated after and got food before us. Then an hour later our meals came out and the pork was over cooked not medium, lobster ravioli was cold and extremely greasy . We asked for the bill because it was 10:00 P.M. they compensated one drink which was a drink we never even ordered but server said she had an extra. We stated what the owner said and they took two drinks off, never compensated the appetizer and we packed our meals up after one bite. The poor family next to us only got their appetizers and never got their meals and the children begged for their food. I don’t care if it was Valentine’s Day or not, if you cannot keep up with a full house then you need to take care of your customers. Especially if you come over and state that will. Server Cassie was great but embarrassed. This is the last time we will eat at Vyne, was hoping with the new chefs’ that it would have been better. Easily the worst meal we’ve had in a long time. The couple also stated the same.

Our servicer Omar is the start to an amazing experience. The food was absolutely excellent. The short rib and Scallop entree are to died for. Beverages to dessert be prepared for a culinary evening you'll want to never end.
