Drove out of my way to come here the sign on the door as well as Google says open at eight when I called to inquire because I could see someone inside. She said it's not my problem. I just work here it's the bosses problem. So yeah she was not helpful. I'm so tired of businesses that have their hours posted but aren't open. Just update your hours. If you're not gonna be open or you don't have enough people to work.

Generally great service, good food, still a tad bit expensive for me, but good go-to for when I’m hungry after class. But… there’s a lot of black specs in their ice. I attached a photo of my sprite that I got today, and you can see three fairly large black specs of something. There were a lot more that I could see when I dumped it out. I don’t want to say that it’s mold, but it definitely looks like the ice machine hasn’t been cleaned in a while ? immediately dumped my sprite when I saw the black specs.

this place has horrible service they say they open at 8:00 am but when i went there at 9:50 they said they weren't open and that i had to wait almost 2 hours later than there advertised timewillnever come back to this subway and they lady was very rude and entitled willl never be come to this subway again. sticking to my local corner store

I always love subway because it’s a good go to, but I really want to comment on the hospitality of the young man that was working tonight. (Wed 6/28- 7 pm) in the Middlebury location. That young man behind the counter was so nice and so patient. He had a line almost out the door but with every person he had a smile and made it positive. I give him so much credit- Amazing!!

I was told by the employee on-site 5/21/23 that this Subway location does not accept coupons. Every other Subway I have ever visited has accepted coupons.Go across the road to Le Bobadel Gourmet Deli and get something much better for a cheaper price. Or, go to a different Subway.

Ordered a sandwich said it would be ready by 2:15 when I arrived it wasnt even started. I told the guy I had to leave and to cancel my order. No sorry and just said ok. I wouldve waiting but put the order in at 2 arrived at 2:16 and had to be back to work by 2:30. An apology would’ve been nice but didnt seem to care at all
