Went for lunch, the food was ok, portions vs price were very small. I don't need/want "endless" amounts of food, just want it to be proportionate. I feel that their portions for their bowls are very small.

Went on a Sunday morning for the first time. Kitchen was backed up and portions seemed small for the price. We ordered an omelette and french toast. (Could’ve just been an off-morning.) We live really super close and really want to love this spot, so we’ll try again soon!

Counter was gross & staff didn't clean properly when requested. I appreciate it was granite but the stuff was dried on & the staff sprayed & immediately wiped. Didn't come clean. I left w/o ordering. Carmella, Jerry'd be appalled

Pulled into this spot after our car was having trouble to grab some breakfast really quick to go. Little did I know my husband and I would be laughing and enjoying the owner's presence (Carmela) at the bar talking about restaurant hospitality and life while our order was being prepared. The food was great. So happy to stumble upon this hidden gem. We will be returning to enjoy the cozy atmosphere this place has with attentive wait staff even when the place was busy. It was a pleasure.

The customer service, the person who greeted us with an attitude, gave us a very small table in the middle, we asked him politely if we could change tables and he didn't even make an attempt to say let me ask my boss, not only did he say I can't seat you at that table, since those tables are used for parties, I said ok, 15 minutes passed and two people arrived and I sat them at the table that I asked him as a courtesy not to sit since I didn't feel comfortable eating in small spaces due to claustrbia. Just like the waitresses need more organization, more than 3 waitresses took the same order from us even though we said they had already taken the order, there was no order among the waitresses of which table each one had. The food is good but I think that the pancakes on the menu do not specify that they are extremely large, larger than the plate on which they serve you. The size is not what I was complaining about, but rather that the waitress did not know how big they were either. We asked you to know whether to order one or more. I think they should coordinate more. If you ask me if I would return, no.

I recently moved back to Middletown. So I ordered from here! I have not order food from here in since the first year they open. I ordered a steak fajita omelette( which was not an omelette. It was a big fried egg with chunks of steak with the veggies folded inside of the fried egg. I called to let them know! I had the option to come back or wait for a later date. I choose the later date. 1/31 I called to order my food. Spoke on the previous situation and me calling and my name being written down! They were just rude, yelling and arguing with me about my order! They asked me was I bringing the old omelette back ( I guess I was suppose to save it from 3 weeks ago). Over all my experience was horrible from the rude lady who answer the phone and then called my phone back!

We ordered a fruit bowl and the fruit was fresh, most of the time when you order a fruit cup/bowl at breakfast places you have to throw half the fruit away because it's going bad, but not here. The corned beef and hash looks like it's made from scratch, it's definitely not the canned kind.

The eggs Benedict varieties are great! I had the California avocado and my husband had the hash brown one. Eggcellent, LoL. ? My friends had the French toast and were very pleased. The egg sandwiches are okay. The waitress had a great sense of humor and was attentive!Kid-friendliness: They have crayons on each table
