Well, I have time today so: I placed an order for over 50$ and was charged for the order. I used points and those were taken off my app. When I called because the tracker was not loading, the employee RUDELY hung up the phone. I called back to speak to a manager and he clearly was just as immature and incompetent because he as well hung up the phone and did not address the issue. He simply told me to call the customer service line. Clearly a lack of management and teaching the CHILDREN who work there it’s ok to be rude and disrespectful when no one raised their voice or was being rude, simply asking for assistance. Management also seems threatened when approached with an issue and can’t handle things properly as he so quickly hung up too. Don’t know why pizza is so hard to order or such a big deal but people have families to feed and when money is taken out of accounts, you could use some human decency to help to issue be corrected.

As far as bad pizza goes, this place is pretty good. Order online, food is usually ready in 11 minutes, always hot and consistent quality. Staff is friendly

I was just here 2mins ago and a few of their employees made me feel as if they didn’t want to serve me they looked at me like I was trash not knowing who I am! And yes I’m black! I will no longer spend my money here again!

Its very strange and unbelievable none of the staff was wearing gloves while getting the food ready. I witnessed staff was touching food i.e cheese, cheese bites, dough with their bare hands, even one of the staff was wiping hands with apron every time touching the food even itch the head with same hand. So un-sanitary It cause contamination in food. Whats the deal here???

Pizza was marked as delivered but it never arrived. Driver called when map showed him at the end of my street. 9 minutes later, no pizza. Map said it was delivered at my address. When I called the store to explain, the person who answered couldn't be bothered and simply said "he will be there" before even taking my information to look up my order. Waited 5 more minutes and called back only to be hung up on. Called again and the same "pleasant" person answered and said "hold on", and put me on hold. When I finally got to speak to someone, it was a different person. When they contacted the driver, he said he left the pizza in the lobby..I live in a house, which the driver knew because I instructed him to place it on the front porch. Next time, listen to your customers..treat them like people..and simply take care of your mistakes. To be completely dismissed right away was unacceptable. I asked for a refund and ordered pizza elsewhere. Won't be back..not because of the mistake but because of how Person #1 handled it. Your employee dismissed a customer who ended up being 100% correct. You have way too much competition in town to be treating customers like garbage.

I hate dominoes, but this one here in Middletown… they put they pinky toe in the pizza ?. It tastes so good. The kids will actually eat this pizza. I wish I had a picture, the kids ate it all.

They don't honor coupons they send you in email - app order vs online order is same in the world lol however to a pizza flipper they aren't sure and "idk" is how they respond. I'm getting lazy so I keep trying to order out but I'd much rather leave reviews for how incompetent and I mean it's government cheese so I won't call again. I'm going to buy one and only hire NATIVES.
