My car had complete electrical failure in the drive thru immediately after ordering, with my 3 month old and 6 yr old in the car with me. It was embarrassing, anxiety inducing, and all around terrible. The staff assisted in directing traffic around us, expressed concern and kept coming out to check on us. The young lady( I believe she was named Jasmine?) who was working the window even had her boyfriend try to jump my car.These kids might need some training in keeping the lobby clean, but as far as being decent humans, they went above and beyond to help, and to show concern for a stressed out dad and his two little kids.***Special shout out to the mom in the white suv who went around us to the window and came back to bring me a hot chocolate. You rock lady!

We love our vanilla bean coolant and Chai tea. We usually get a variety of donuts and they usually don't disappoint!
Convenient location but the parking situation is awful!Parking: From my observation this DD is always packed no matter what time of day or even days that l visit. Not enough Parking spaces and there's always a long line at the drive-thru---- maybe due to lack of parking.

We just went and got 2 doughnuts and an apple fritter. They were absolutely terrible! They don't put any chocolate frosting on the doughnuts anymore and the fritter was all dough,no apple. What a rip-off. This not the 1st time either. I'm sick of it. Shame on you for constantly shorting the public!!!

Love Dunkin Donuts, So. Main St, Middletown, Ct. However we choose to eat inside for a change. What a disappointment on cleanliness. The floors/tables were so nasty! Shame on you; people like to dine in sometimes ?.
