Why would you open at 7 am? It is Saturday and some people like to get out and get their to-do”s started early. No Dunkin’ today . This s should be reevaluated and hopefully adjusted. Being part of the community should be higher priority.

I never eat “take out”, but I kept getting emails about how it was Veteran’s Day Today! Thank you so much for the free donut today (Veteran’s Day, bring your ID/DD214 paperwork next year!).I was told the lovely girl via drive thru to surprise me with whatever donut (it was for my little toddler), but she surprised me with a CHOCOLATE WHOOPIE PIE?? I had no idea that Dunkin’ Donuts made chocolate whoopie pies, but it was DELICIOUS ? it was such a great concept of a whoopie pie by slicing a chocolate glazed donut (my childhood favorite from DD hehe), and filling it with the BEST cream ever! Wasn’t heavy or too sweet at ALL?The girl who took my order was the one who personally picked out my whoopie pie and met me at the window. She was such a sweet heart with wonderful energy and I felt bad I looked like a troll and basically drove off (scared of the huge hungry line behind me ??) but thank you so much for making me and my daughter’s day <3 I wish I got your name, but give this employee a huge raise ??? because she’s going places!!!

My kids wanted a spider donut but they were outs Jordan came up to the counter as we were paying and had made 2 spider donuts for my kids. They were THRILLED!!
She did such a wonderful thing and made 2 little kids SUPER HAPPY!!!

This dunkin was spotless clean. The service was friendly
My coffee was made incorrectly, it tasted like milk only. I asked if I could get some extra black coffee to add to it, told no. I paid 4.25 for a cup of milk!!! I was waiting here while my car was serviced across the street, and the music was loud that I couldn't work there and had to leave.

They close at 6 even though their time is till 7. Staff is rude, they don’t care about costumer & always busy with their personal things like phone or gossip or whatnot. I wish I could give it 0 or (-).

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin. The guy with the long black hair was the worst service I’ve ever Received. Very rude and unprofessional - will never come back to that Dunkin. Food was ice cold as well.
