This McDonald's does not care and will literally never get your order right. There'd no screen at the drive through and you can't hear or understand anything via the drive through communication.
It's a McDonald's. It was pretty standard. The service and food were as expected.

I went to the restroom when first arriving at the restaurant. When entering the restroom, the only available stall had brown stuff smeared on the changing table, floor, and toilet. When I went to go inform an employee, I was met by a teenage boy employee at the counter wearing an AirPod in one ear. I say “hey, the farthest stall in the women’s bathroom is really messy”. He looks completely through me, looks at my male partner and asks for his order. This employee neglected to inform any one of the condition of the restroom, took my partners order and went to the back and immediately grabbed his cellphone and then immediately touched food afterwards. Highly disappointed with my experience.

This location is the best in Middletown, they never disappoint. The team here are all hardworking individuals with great attitudes, the food is always fresh and little to no wait times. This location is very busy. I learned that when they are swamped, the McDonald's app for curbside delivery doesn't work.Just an FYI, use the drive thru option or go inside.The service is good. The food is exactly what you'd expect from McDonalds.Going inside, it's very clean and the line moves quickly.Parking: Plenty of handicap parking
