Tiramisu was dry. honestly the worst part. Flavor was pretty good, but it was drub. I also don’t think it was lady fingers or the homemade counterpart as the Base. Honestly just disappointed from a homemade Italian bakery. Will go again to try other options though! Also, staff should hand you the box instead of taking way too long to tie tie up and then just leave it slightly out of reach on the counter, feels like use, hopefully just a bad encounter as I’m new to the area.

Hands down one of the classiest bakery I've ever been to. Their carott cake was moist and dense. There was a layer of cream filling that added a bit of surprise. Along with a zippy cream cheese frosting. Going back for more.

Family brought canolli when visiting this wknd, I was deeply impressed by how fresh they all were & with the fact they had ricotta & chocolate I have had canolli all over Italy these compare to some of the greatest! Good job, would definitely have family bring again.

If you read no reviews, this is the one to read. Picked up the nastiest cake I have ever had. Paid over $35 for a rotten fruit cake. But that's not the bad part. Approached the staff and manager on the phone very politely asking for a refund. The manager tells me I need to drive to them again, 30 minutes away, and bring the cake and prove that there was something wrong with it, because there was just no way that he could fathom they sold me a rotten cake. Then laughs on phone when I tell him thats a ridiculous ask (gas and time). I offered photo proof not only of the rotten fruit, but of the fact that everyone who tried it threw it in the trash, but he stated that would nto suffice. No accountability, no customer service, and too much audacity. He needs a new job and they need to be investigated by the health department. Ruined our birthday celebration because no one, not even the children, could stomach the grainy and rotten mess.And just a note for the photos, those strawberries are supposed to be fresh... not cooked. They're old and tasted horrid.

Had mixed results with 2 christmas cookie trays delivered to 2 different households. One reported cookies were stale and tasteless the other reported cookies were ok. Unlikely to ship cookies again.

On our way home I was in the mood for some dessert, and a nice hot cup of coffee. My first mistake was I should have looked this place up on Yelp. Only a 2.6 average rating. Walking in I looked at a large beautiful assortment of all kinds of bake good. But looks can't be deceiving. I went to the counter and started my order with one regular coffee, one decaf. The girl told me they were out of decaf.( meaning the pot was empty) Since they are open for another eight hrs. I said well can't you make another pot? I asked if the Rum Baba were filled with Italian cream? She said yes. I said I'll take two. The first bit was soak in rum, the rest was dry and horrible. She also gave us the ones filled with ricotta cheese not Italian cream.The worst bakery we have ever been to.

I can see why this business is unclaimed, no one wants to admit they own t.Went in for some bread and pastries for a New Years eve party. The staff was completely uninformed about anything. No one knew what anything they sell actually was. They were rude, snippy and short with us. Definately will never go back here, the pastries are always very good but with service like this who want's it?
