I ordered the spicy beef ramen it was amazing! The beef was tender and flavorful as well as the broth. I've tried several ramen spots in CT and this is the best I've had so far. Can't wait to go back and try the tonkotsu and sushi.

I went here back in September with my friends. I got calamari and shrimp scallion noodles. The calamari was good, but it was kinda dry. I didn’t like the noodles, it just tasted like straight onion. I want to give this place another chance, there are probably better things on their menu. Our service was good, our server was so nice! This place is small and it has a cozy feel.

Wonderful place with great food. Snow Beauty is on of my favorite appetizers anywhere. Crazy tuna roll among many excellent rolls. Avocado salad is large and has incredible dressing. Top it off with fast and friendly service and you will know why we love this place. A can’t miss go to experience.Vegetarian options: They have a number of great options for vegans!

I was very disappointed by the food. The takoyaki was very under-dressed and not very tasty. The ramen tasted ok, but the vegetables were not fresh at all. I don't think I would return.

Although the food tasted alright, I found a piece of a sponge in the Beef Braised Ramen. Don't intent on returning.
Off of Main Street Niuda is good food and good competition to those restaurants on the main drag. The food is tasty and they have some nice creations. Shown in the picture is their pink 'burrito'. I've only found one other sushi restaurant that offers this pink wrapping. We also had the avocado and peanut roll. Sounded odd but the peanuts added a nice crunch for a textural difference. Prices are comparable to most local sushi restaurants. No bargain but also not a ripoff. Just the same. The server was friendly and the service was quick. I'd say this is a place we' be going back to again.

Absolutely delicious. The ramen was so good and the broth was perfect. The sushi & sashimi was super fresh and the eel sauce was 10/10. Great price, friendly service and quality. So happy to have found this place!

Why didn't I visit Niuda sooner?!?! Middletown has toomany good restaurants and it's not fair. Niuda Is soooo good and the menu is huge!! I absolutely loved the Fire Roll. It was so fresh and flavorful. I also sampled the fried oyster app and some of my husband's braised beef noodles. Everything is delicious. We are already planning our return visit. Pro tip: stop for cocktails at Conspiracy beforehand.

The food here was so amazing! Portion sizes are great and food is so flavorful. Unfortunately the service was lacking, but we would still like to come back and would definitely recommend this restaurant. If you're in the Middletown area and have time for a delicious bite to eat, make this your first stop!
