The service was friendly and helpful. The cupcakes I purchased were a mixed reaction. Some everyone loved. Some people thought was too sweet. One comment is that butter could not have been used for the frosting, but shortening was instead used. I did not think to ask when I purchased them, so I am not sure, but you might ask if you are purchasing, and this is important to you.

A colleague brought some over while visiting our site. I tried one I'm guessing it was their Oreo Cupcake, it was just okay. The cupcake was dry, a coworker tried the other half of the cupcake and said the same thing. I'll stick to the amazing cupcakes that are well known in Avon. They are the best and can't be compared to another.

Really really dry cupcake batter. Good frosting. Severely over priced.

The guy that helped us was super nice and the atmosphere was super cute. The only thing that was a little disappointing is the variety of flavors. They had different variations of what kinda seemed the same. When we tried two different kinds they tasted exactly alike. But the size of the cupcakes were huge!! Definitely could share one. Still a cute place for a quick treat.

They look so good. But they are not. They need less presentation and more work on the baking, taste and texture. To much frosting- and its to sweet and just a mess, the cake part was not cooked right , not light and fluffy like a cupcake should be. Server was friendly.

I think NoRA has gone downhill in terms of quality/ flavor. I bought a cupcake today and for $6 per cupcake I was not impressed. The cake was a bit dry and just didn't have a good enough flavor to justify the price.

This was our first time eating cupcakes from NoRA. I went here to get cupcakes for my husband's birthday since most places were closed that day. The cupcakes that my husband and daughter had said they were fantastic. I have celiac, and I had their GF sweetheart cupcake. Now, I'm not a big fan of chocolate cake, but this was delicious. The cupcake was moist and not dry. The chocolate frosting delicious too. We will be back! Thank you for such delicious cupcakes!

Nora's always has the most unique & delicious cupcakes!! I love their pink & black grunge theme so much! This place is so special and different than any other bake shop I've been to.

Cute cupcake shop conveniently located right on Main St in Middletown, CT! When you walk in you are instantly hit with the smells of sugary goodness in the air. There is a glass display right in front where you can view the spread of the day. Not as large of choices as I am accustomed to at another popular CT cupcake shop but some great choices were available. We were greeted with a pleasant young lady who was actually enjoying a couple cupcakes herself behind the counter lol. She was able to answer our questions when we asked about flavors, fillings and pricing. Let's talk quickly about pricing. $6.00 a cupcake....steep! To be honest, it stopped me from wanting to buy more cupcakes. I got the Irish Car Bomb and my daughter got the Rainbow Sprinkle Funfetti. I really enjoyed both the frosting and the chocolate ganache Jamison filling! I found the chocolate cake portion to be a little dry. My daughter really enjoyed hers! She said it was a perfect amount of sprinkles. Now, the moment of truth...do I think the cupcakes choices were worth it? Well, worth the trip, Yes! Worth the price? No. If i'm really craving a cupcake and in the Middletown area, I would go again to try one new flavor! I am a variety gyal and whether you get one or a 4 pack, they are still $6.00 each.

It states that is closed on Mondays on YELP, but they are open today. I'm not sure if this is accurate or not. The cupcake are always delicious- and definitely are big enough to share the prices have increased- however, so it's about 6.00+ per cupcake.

I love the vibe of Nora's more than anything else. It's like a cupcake lounge that smells of sugar. I've been coming to Nora's for years and appreciate the variety of flavors and decorations they come up with. My favorite cupcakes include the Irish Car Bomb and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. The cupcakes are big enough for 2 people to share. They have seasonal cupcakes for every holiday imaginable. Another reason to visit is to try their new ice cream place next door. So many treats!!

Fabulous business and delicious cupcakes. I placed a delivery order with 4 different flavors to send as a gift and it was a very well received sweet surprise! They raved about the cupcakes and the handwritten card was above and beyond - a very nice touch! Thank you ladies!
