I think this amazing historical landmark is closed for good. There was a Closed sign in the window on a Saturday morning. If so, it's the end of an era.

I believe they are closed permanently, now. Sept 2023. The place nownlooks closed and empty.

Cute little retro diner with homemade goodies. This has become our morning stop on the way to the beach. Love the specials. Veggie hash is my fav!

Food: 5

Service: 5

Caution... It has a taped sign in the window "We are closed". Showing open on Yelp and website does not indicate it us closed. Check before you come. Update... just read a news article that the owner is retiring.

We came on a rainy weekend!! There was a wait but they got us seated pretty quickly, the place is small!! But it's really quirky, the ambiance is different than the usual breakfast experience. Their menu has a lot of things I've never heard of! It's clearly an Irish diner! I got the dubliner it came with boiled fingerling potatoes which I thought was different, it was pretty much a corned beef hash omelette. It was tasty! My bf got the Brian's special. He enjoyed it, I can't recall what it was but it varies on a daily basis! Basically whatever the chef wants to put together, whatever inspires him. I love that. If in the area we would return! Service is fast and friendly, only comment id make is I wish they had more staff! Chef was doing like every job! Coffee mugs were a perfect huge size, and it was good coffee!

Really don't see what the hype is about. Could it be because it was on diners, dives and drive in's? I travel to the area often and gave it a second try. I gave it 4 stars for the effort. Uncle D's in Berlin is my fav in the area. Hands down better.

Terrible service. I know the boy is young but he was sucking on a lollipop while taking our order. Couldn't explain to us if we can pay with our credit card. The menu online is terrible. Couldn't really figure out what to order with that terrible menu online. The food was mediocre. Home fries taste it so bad. Looks like they used burn oil. It's shocking because the reviews didn't say this.

Cold fried eggs. Greasy rye toast. Burnt bacon and really bad/ wined sausage. Potatoes over spiced but that didn't matter because it all tasted like it was cooked in the same grease.

This used to be my favorite gem of a diner. However, the past few times that I've gone, including today, it was a huge disappointment. While the food was decent, it was way below their usual standard and it is very expensive. The service was absolutely atrocious. Honestly, the waiter was the worst that I've ever experienced. Lastly, the diner was filthy and just gross. I used to hit this place a couple of times per year on my drive from New Hampshire to New Jersey, but it simply isn't what it used to be.

This place was kind of funny. Walking in was a little bit of a weird vibe as there's a large sign that says wait to be seated. Rather than saying hey take a seat over here one of the guys behind the counter just lifted his hand pointed to us and then pointed to a booth. Whatever - weird but didn't really bother me. We also didn't get menus and weren't told about the QR code right away. Overall the service wasn't bad just...different. And the place itself was a little dirty including the bathroom. However all of that can be forgiven in my opinion because the food was AMAZING. I also like the Irish small town diner feel. So be prepared for possibly strange service but delicious food.

I always get Brian’s breakfast. You don’t know what you will get until he brings it to you and tells you what everything is. Always amazing and totally unique!!!

My last review had 5 stars and the food is still amazing but I had to deduct two stars because the place is so filthy. I'll put up with just about anything for good food but PLEASE clean your restaurant! Window sills, bathroom, etc. if the kitchen is anything like the dining area...well I don't want to think about that . I do hope you read this because a clean restaurant is really important. Thanks

I love O’Rourke’s. Hadn’t been here in ages, but the food is still excellent and the service is still friendly

This small local place has been around since the 40’s and it looks it. The $11 breakfast sandwich and home fries were good, the coffee was way too strong and the place was not clean. Parking is a hassle. The owner is nice but the place really needs to be cleaned. I will not return
