I guess they do a great job providing you don't have issues with your relationship. My son and his fiancé unfortunately broke up, Conn Wedding Group's response" You signed a contract with us, either have the event in full or you're out of luck". Everything you paid them is theirs and they don't care what your circumstances are. You signed a contract, you have no recourse whatsoever. My son was out 50 percent of the total cost of the wedding and their attitude "we were completely transparent with our contract, you read it, you knew the risk. My recommendation, if you choose to have an event with these ***** don't sign the contract . You should insist on being able pay in advance with the ability to get a refund or walk!! If you don't protect yourself with these guys and you have a problem you're out of luck!!!!
