I love this place, or actually I did. Yesterday my friends and I decided to head out for some celebratory boba at our favorite place, which is here. When we got in they said that they needed an hour to prepare the tapioca pearls so we took some of the kids that were with us to get them rolled ice cream from the place next door. We headed back to here and ordered our usual drinks and waited patiently, which wasn't long because they are really quick with orders and we appreciate that. However, one of our friends ordered a drink and it came in a bit messed up. My friend wasn't happy and let the people know. They simply said just mix it, which my friend did. When she asked if they can fix it, they said no. So she asked for a refund and they refused. My friend was devastated.EDIT- Thanks for the reply, just to let you know, we do love your small business a ton and have recommended it to almost all our other friends. That one event was sad, however we still enjoy the place.

It was our 1st time and we were new to all of their menu but we enjoyed the #8 although more meat would've been nice lolBut the lady who served us was nice and it came out quick because there was no line at all.We also tried Boba for the 1st time. (Mango and Cookies & cream) Acquired taste if you ask us.Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily get a wheelchair in and there is plenty of space inside.

Epic poke bowls! Extremely fresh, great proportions and price. The staff is incredibly kind and they have sweet artwork murals supporting a local artist. They have a cool method where you fill out what you want on a order sheet and they make it very fast. Thank you!!!

Stopped by here for boba tea, but glad we added a couple of poke bowls and wow, we're glad we did so. They were amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Middletown and craving either boba or poke bowls!

Ambiance is cute with fun decor. They have 15 min street parking available right outside. Lots of different flavor selections for boba and smoothie. The costs are way overpriced and tasted watered down. The service was friendly but very slow.

HORRIBLE. I paid so much for a cup of ice EVEN AFTER ASKING FOR VERY LITTLE ICE. I cant say if the strawberry boba was any good cuz I couldn’t try it. Complete waste of time and money. Will never go back. All these boba places charge so much for their so called boba teas which is just a cup of ice.
