It should not take so long to get a crepe. The service was slow, the workers looked miserable and were snippy when asked about our crepes. It took 20 minutes to get the crepes and they were cold.

We tried the crepes and they’re a bit pricey but delicious . The crème’ brûlée tea was also very good, but too much ice is added in the cup and not enough of the actual drink . Small place but it’s cute for some pictures .

Ordered with a group from work. Coworker warned me every time they have ordered something came wrong or missing. We decided to try anyway. I asked for no edamame and to add bacon for my order. Sure enough they charged me for bacon but I got no bacon and the edamame were staring at me while I ate the rest of my food. It was delicious but I doubt I'll go back as this seems to not be an isolated incident.

Similar experience to other reviewers. It was worth trying, but the wait was unacceptable for one crepe. There were four people in my group, we each ordered separately at a kiosk. I placed my order around 11:45, the three behind me done by 11:50. The last crepe came out at ~12:40 after they had to ask staff about the shrimp tempura crepe that was ordered. Staff pointed to a machine indicated the shrimp was cooking… but time estimate that the system gave all of us was 15min from the time our order was placed. No notice to my friend was sent that there was a delay or additional time needed for their order. Staff worked slow with no apparent concern for waiting customers. No apologies were made for the additional time spent waiting.Others in my party indicated they’d have tipped differently ahead of time at the kiosk, had they known about the wait and lack of good customer service.Service was slow, plan to spend a lot of time standing around waiting. In our experience the food was good, we each enjoyed what we got. Due to the wait times and slow paced staff, not sure I’d return.

Absolutely love this place and crêpes are delish but they REALLY need to find a system that works on getting the orders out faster . We literally waited a solid 45 minutes for ours with 3 people working there at the time that didn’t seem to care much about how slow they were moving while people were lined up / backed up starring at them to hurry up . It’s good but not worth waiting an hour for .

Visited here today and was not a great experience. No customers were in the store and it took me 10 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge that I was in the store becauese one lady was making an order and the other guy working in the front was on his phone. When I was finally able to place an order, I was overcharged for my order and the cashier said there was nothing she could do. They charged me $1 to remove Nutella from my crepe order and another $1.50 to add chocolate sauce to my order.Paid almost $26 for two crepes. When we finally got them another 15 minutes later, they were mediocre at best. Overall, just a waste of money and a terrible way to run a business.
I waited an hour for a crepe… it was taking so long that I had to leave. When I asked for my money back they said no. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here or give them your money for services they don’t render.

Not worth the hype. We got the crème brûlée and strawberry/nutella crepe. Both were cold. I thought they were made fresh to order but they were ice cold. We placed our order through the screens, so we didn’t interact with staff at all.

Absolutely amazing crepes! I had a savory crepe - the BLT, and it was so good! The filling was perfectly distributed through every bite. Absolutely delicious. I love the self-order kiosk, so it was easy to customize the orderDietary restrictions: It was very easy to customize the order, and all the crepes are made with rice flour, so it was easy to be gluten free
