I order front new Britain wing over all the time and food is always decent to great . I was passing by Middletown location and figure I try there . I order through online and it says 20 min to ready . After 20Min I went in there and they said another 10Min . So waited another 10 and still not ready . So from the time I ordered untill I got them was 35 min for 12 wings and 4 tenders . The tenders were nasty and mushy and the wings were way over seasoned . I guess all the places just aren’t the same .. I will just keep going when I pass the wing over in Middletown (picture of what is supposed To be honey, barbecue tenders) we just threw them in garbage

I tend to visit other nearby locations such as the Newington one, but while I was in the area, I decided to try the Middletown location. Big mistake.It placed my order online at around 2:50 pm and ended up leaving the store with my food at 3:40 pm. I spent over 30 minutes standing there at the store waiting for my order, but it never came. Numerous people poured in not only to pick up their own food (I had talked to several customers and they had all placed their others at around the same time as mine or after), but also to place orders at the store. All of these people were given their food before I was.Three different employees asked what my name was and what I was doing there. I kept repeating the name on the order and the order in itself, but nothing ever came from it.Overall, it was a waste of time as even part of my order was wrong — I was given a different flavor on my loaded tender sandwich than the one I asked for. The food was, apart from said mistake, good, but the customer service was lousy. It would have taken less time for me to drive all the way to Newington, a much busier location given they have a university next to it, and order there.So if you want to receive your order almost an hour after placing it, this is the right place to go. If not, don’t waste your time and try other restaurants in the area.

I happened upon this place by chance. I was out driving Lyft and I dropped off a passenger next door and I saw the sign so I turned off my app to check out this restaurant. The restaurant was very clean. The staff were very polite and greeted me and another customer when we walked in. I ordered 12 jumbo wings with 6 of them in lemon pepper rub and the other 6 in Cajun rub. The wings were cooked perfectly cooked and juicy. The Cajun could've been a bit more spicy but still delicious all the same. Great wing spot.

It's a chain wing place, so I'll be judging it by those standards.Both tenders and wings are great quality with lots of options for sauce. The sandwiches are just one tender in a hotdog bun. Fun idea, but certainly not a centerpiece for a meal.The blue cheese dressing is the highlight here, along with the service of the employees.Overall, great chain place.
The food was great, but this site was very understaffed. I went on a Saturday night with one employee cooking and greeting customers plus working the phones. I felt so bad for her.
Very polite staff and helpful finding standout items on the menu for it being my first time visiting there. Thanks everyone!

This is my friend and I, this is our ritual spot to hit after a day at the foxwoods casino.. the tenders are incredible and always hit the spot, owner is a great as well! I only give atmosphere a 4 star because its always SO cold hahaParking: Never an issue with parking

This place is a gem when it comes to delicious food. The wings are fantastic, and they remind me of the famous PDQs from Florida. Every bite is a burst of flavor that will leave you craving for more. And let's not forget about the incredible sauces that accompany the wings. They complement the chicken perfectly, taking the taste to a whole new level. I was impressed with the prompt and friendly service I received. The staff made me feel welcome and attended to my needs with a smile. It's always a pleasure to be greeted by such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Plus, the cajun dry rubbed wings were absolutely delicious!

These are hands down the best wings I have ever had, ever. The boneless wings are the most tender melt in your mouth wings I have found to date. The traditional are just as good. Super affordable to top it off. A superb spot for a quick pitstop from the road or getting to go.
