I was in line for too long , there were barley any workers at first only 1 then it went to 2 and the portions were very little I had to ask for extra and the drinking machine was straight water no soda or juice . 4/6/24

They were out of alot of the toppings and the tortilla chips were stale and rubbery, everyone looked unhappy and their was only one person serving customers, and every table was dirty and noone was even sitting at the tables.

Food quality is good but is sad this lady working by her self with long line. I saw she asked for help at the back but unfortunately no one help her. I don't understand why cleaning at the back is more priority than at front. I worked at the restaurant too. Is sad this lady almost cry. I saw her tears almost dropping.

This is nothing against chipolte, but this specific location has TERRIBLE service. Found a whole dead lady bug in my food and when I brought it up to them they were like “ok throw it out” ??? LMAO? I wasn’t even trying to be rude about it, i was just tryna tell them so they wash the lettuce better.

I had gone tonight to the location in Milford on the post road after work. When I walked in I had asked for a burrito. I saw that there was a pile of wraps sitting on the side. The guy serving me then proceeded to tell me there were no wraps left for burrito. As he told me this, he had placed his hand over the remaining wraps. He knew that I saw it and continued to tell me there was none left. The other works watched as he lied and told me there were none left. I was forced to get a bowl due to being hungry and short on time. I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this chipotle. I should have walked out as soon as he lied to me.

Visited around 5:30pm and it was dim, almost looking closed but people we dining so thats how we figured they were open. The food already wasn't looking too presentable (not fresh) and they had no corn but I guess it is what it is. The food did taste good but me and my friend later payed for it with the bubble guts, not good.

This is the worst Chipotle I have visited. When we placed an order, they ran out of beef at 1pm. Mind you, there were 3 people at the location on a Wednesday.The only option was chicken, and they couldn't tell me when or if beef would be available. It's absolutely horrible. I have never seen such poor service from Chipotle than this location.

food, service, okay.. not the best, but this aint a restaurant.. place was dirty, with so much staff, idk why.. ran out of chicken by 530pm.. a few customers walked away for having no options. didn't take photos, unfortunately. it was a mess.. but again, 3 would be fair. at least they showed up for work.

Chipotle is always a backup safe bet, not quite fast food, not quite legit Mexican food but always reliable in a pinch. Not this location. It consistently messes stuff up, the other night was my final visit. Arrived around 5:30 and they were out of white rice and the counter was a mess, figured I had errands to run so I’d come back. Came back an hour later and there was a heaping pile of rice, one bite in and it was inedible. Complained to the manager on hand and he agreed it was “terrible” and instantly gave me a refund.

I seriously appreciate how much effort and respect and professional service is still put into this chipotle location. The staff is great, the replenishment of toppings and selection is fantastic and appreciated. I definitely am coming to this chipotle now! Thank you!

think that this place does not have a Manager and the employees there have no knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene. I think that if the city carries out an inspection, they will close it
