This store get worse every time you walk in. The staff is so unfriendly. Today I went in with my yearly gift certificate and apparently it’s against the law to use it at self check out because it’s a “check” according to Linda the rude self check person, as she pointed at the sign above that said they don’t take check. I told her it wasn’t a check. You’d think I was a murderer with the way she acted.

I love Costco but not this one. I don't know what it is, but the people/employees were rude. The very tall man at the exit was the worst. I never leave a bad review, but I was so disappointed.

I recently joined the Costco family and started shopping at Costco in Milford, CT. I really love this Costco store and how spacious it is. There isn't a single thing that you won't be able to find and staff is incredibly kind. I really really love the Costco food court at this location. The cheese pizza and chocolate sundae are both incredible. If you're new the the area or still looking for a grocery store, I highly recommend this Costco.

I could really do without the solar panel salesperson harassing every person that walks by. I was stuck in a long line at customer service, so I got a front-row seat to this debacle for about 10 minutes. It also didn't help that he called every guy of color, "Hey, my man," and was singing and making random noises between pitches. Just obnoxious all around.

I always walk out of here with more than I planned to buy when I went in. Great assortment of products, competitive prices. But don't go in Saturday afternoon! Both parking lot and inside are packed. And then in top of that there's the Post Road traffic to get in!

Costco tire has the best service men at work. They are kind, attentive, and explain everything to you. I had a road hazard with my tire and they handled it quickly and professionally. If you need tires go to Costco! You won't be sorry.. excellent service.

It was nice to see the old Costco wholesale warehouse stocked from floor to ceiling like in the old days. There is a great selection and an excellent variety of amazing new items. Unfortunately, the incredible prices have also gone up significantly. There seems to be enough staff working on the floor who are helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure shopping today as the crowds have definitely thinned out.

I am very dissatisfied, and disappointed with Costco Online. I ordered a mens cologne and they sent me a women's perfume different brand, which isn't even showed in the website. When I called them to issue a complaint, they blamed UPS. This is a very weird situation. I couldn't return the perfume to the store warehouse, since they did not have the perfume in their system. Loosing my seventy dollars. Overall, this is the first time I've had a problem with buying online from Costco. And to me, that is enough.

Excellent wholesale store. Huge amount of items stocked and ready for Xmas. The bakery was outstanding for the wide variety of baked items and smelled Delicious everywhere! Clean and organized store, the staff was very pleasant helping my parents in the hearing Aid department. Thank You.

Long lines and bad parking. I guess there are fans of this place but for me it's the worst one in the state. I would drive 30 minutes to a different location. It's alway a nightmare trying to park or navigate the area.

Never got anything I didn't like here.

If your wondering if the membership is worth it....it is. The deals you find inside far outweigh the cost of the yearly membership. Love coming here to get basically all my needed items. Gas is the cheapest in town. Liquor is cheap yet good quality. And can't hate on the hot dogs and pizza!

Went in for the first time to this specific Costco to pick up pizza and I have a small service dog and it was extremely crowded so just to get in last the exit I picked up my dog (she's to notify me and help prevent me from passing out). Before I even got in, I'm getting yelled at that I'm not allowed to carry her she has to be in a backpack, in a carrier!????? Or on the floor and never in the cart (I didn't have a cart at all)I said she's a service dog I'm just trying to get past all the peopleShe wouldn't even let me finish she is yelling at me and still signing people's receipts older lady with blonde hair and black glasses there Saturday at 4pm July 2Was very upset I put the dog down and she was ok but I was near having a heart issues from the amount of people trying to hit her with the cart just trying to get past them. I wasn't going to hold her any other time and If she was a large dog that's fine or better but she's small. How is a service dog going to do anything in a carrier or a backpack? What can she do if I'm about to pass out or have a seizure? Am I supposed to fall on top of her and hurt her as well as myself? Thankfully I had my boyfriend to help me but that is ridiculous. Just let my dog her run over and hit, wouldn't you rather me hold the dog instead of getting in everyone's way.I'm very upset to say the leastOtherwise the pizza is good and the other workers are amazing

Food court has really taken a dump since Covid with no signs of a decent return. I mean the classic hot dog - first list it's self serve sour Kraut years ago - but Miele along with the good spicy mustard and the onions are just a decent memory. Salads - gone. My beloved Pretzel - gone. If I could just turn back time for a final meal - I could appreciate it once more.
