Where do you start, I've been enjoying Georgies food since he opened his first restaurant in White Hills. The food at GGs is beyond good from the apps to dessert. The specials are always changing giving you an array of choices. We were there yesterday and ordered the Chicken Parm Ravioli and the Meatball Lasagna and salad. We didn't even make a dent in either one and the portions are massive. When I was looking at the Specials on the menu board the desserts sounded so good I knew I had to get something. Beyond full I ordered two to go. We had the Lemon and the Bungalow cake. A slice of heaven on a plate. If you've never been then its a must try and patrons that have, know what I speak. The Best of the Best!

GGs pizza is great! Classic New Haven style but the Belle salad is a winner as well. Just plan a little longer wait because they get busy…for a reason… perfect go to pizza

I was super stoked to eat here finally after hearing about the home made pasta. Food was amazing… unfortunately, service was the worst I’ve ever received in my life. Blonde young girl clearly didn’t want to be there or maybe just didn’t want to wait on us. From the beginning of our time of service, she was unpleasant and completely disinterested. I’ve been in the industry a long time, steps of service is something that wasn’t clearly taught. I had to ask her for another drink, after I saw she wasn’t coming to check up on how our food was when the appetizers came out. She didn’t bother to remove the dirty plates before the entrees hit the table. Didn’t care to ask us how our entrees were. She sent over another waitress to give us boxes. They didn’t ask if we were interested in dessert… I had to ask for a dessert menu. We ordered 2 desserts, all good until I found a hair in the cannoli cream. I get it, it happens; I didn’t even mention it, just put it aside. My partner was still eating as I was enjoying my cappuccino… the blonde puts the check on the table, doesn’t ask how everything was, nor if we needed or wanted anything else, just puts the check down and walks away without a peep. Comes back 3 minutes later to glance at the table to see if the check had a form of payment on it, nope it didn’t. She walks away, turns around to check again to which I finally said something, asked for the manager. It wasn’t even as though we came right before closing time… it was around 7:30pm, not busy at all. Cindy was sweet as pie and offered to make it right, nothing she could have done would have made the night right. I advised her that she needs to work on her staff and their steps of service. Super disappointing, wasn’t right at all.

I stopped in here tonight and picked up a couple of pizzas. One was a specialty prosciutto pizza and the other one was just cheese/mozzarella. It’s wood fired pizza, so I just get charred, that is normal and expected. Pizza was good. also had some of the wood fired chicken wings. Those were Pretty good too. Staff here was friendly and this place was very busy when I was there… Nice place.

Great family owned restaurant. Eggplant stacker and meatballs are great. All food is fresh prepared at more than fair prices. Awesome place all around!!

I will be eating here again!!! The arugula salad was delicious and the eggplant caprese appetizer was delicious!!! The pictures are their rice balls, extra sausage pizza , the notorious p.i.e, and peanut butter tiramisu. All delicious and fresh ingredients.

Legit Italian eatery. They pack you in there and pack your stomach with large portions of quality, made in house meals. Young happy waitstaff buzzing about. Not a quiet romantic meal, but who wants to pay extra for that anyway?!

Every meal we have had here has been very well prepared. From the Pizzas, to the Pastas, to the Meat dishes, to the desserts, everything is served fresh and delicious. My only issue is that they need a bigger location.

When someone orders a house salad they shouldn't be delivered a salad that cost $31.50 for the family. We sat for over 30 mins waiting for a check that was never delivered. After waiting at the register for 10 mins i finally got the total not an itemized bill. I had to look at the menu to figure out that I wad charged 31.50 for ahouse salad. I was also chafed for a high noon that was never delivered. Worst service ever and i waitressed for years. The food was excellent but i won't be going back again.
