Poor service. My husband had the king cut prime rib when he got it, it was cold. The waitress never gave us a refill on soda and didn't offer us dessert, we had to ask if they served it. I had chicken parmesan it was ok. No parmesan cheese was given for my pasta and when I couldn't eat my whole meal she asked me if I wanted to take it home and I said yes please and she threw the container for me to put my left overs in. And she NEVER asked us how our meal was .There was another set of people there who had a different waitress and she was great. Asked how the food was, bagged up their left overs and got them re fills We only went because we got a gift certificate for Christmas. Never again will we go here.

My husband and I have been to this restaurant 3 times. The food is good but the service is terrible. First time we were there my husband had steak and ordered a baked potato- when his dinner came he had 1/2 of baked potato. I have never seen that in my life what happened to the other half? The waiter was terrible, not very attentive to his tables, never offers the cutomers their options. he needs to go bad for business- if you do not know how to be a waiter leave. Well we tried the restaurant agin last night- same thing ordered ur steak with mashed potatoes and vegatables. When the dinner came I had 4 slices of squash and my husband had 15 slices- who is running the kitchen??? The owner better take notice and watch what the staff is doing- we waited about ten to 15min for the waiter to ask if we want coffee- there were 3 tables full in the restaurant. Sorry to say they will not make it. Owner take notice- you will loose customers. You have lost us!! Donna Milford Ct

Just moved to area. Went to this steakhouse because it is in our neighborhood. We were not impressed. We went on a Monday night . The server was overwhelmed with her only 3 tables. She settled down once we were the only people in the restaurant, which was for a solid hour. Probably not her fault, but she didn't understand the specials she was selling. Beer was flat & wine was 'off.' The calamari was REALLY good & was the highlight of our experience. After 40 minutes, BOTH of our meals' sides were served COLD & bland. When we told the waitress, she said that it happens a lot. We thought she was going to get us warm ones, but never did. I ordered a different glass of wine with my meal. It was barefoot wine!!! REALLY??? a $6 bottle of wine sold at convenient stores being served with a menu that averaged $20+ per meal??? I possibly would have ordered a 'real' bottle of wine if the wine menu had been brought to the table. No manager to talk to. Two hours & $100 later, we left VERY unsatisfied.
