They undercooked the pizza and got the order wrong. There was no sauce at all on the pizza. The manager rudely refused a refund. Extremely overpriced for mediocre food and appalling customer service from the manager.

Worst service ever, 60$ spent. We ordered buffalo chicken which was undercooked to the point it was frozen and inedible. As well as a penne allá vodka pie which had no sauce on it and was completely bland. No where on the website does it state you have to order the sauce separately. We use to order frequently from here but the past couple of orders have been completely wrong or undercooked. Overall unsatisfactory experience. 2 service stars because they were willing to remake the chicken, which was the least the could’ve done.

Incredible service, a gigantic selection and quick delivery. We always have their fantastic food delivered, whether for a meeting or a dinner at home. The salads are huge, the pizzas, of which there are many combinations to choose from, are amazing and the wings are some of the best in town. Portions are really big so we often eat the leftovers the next day. We most recently ordered both a meatball parm grinder, and an eggplant parm grinder which was not greasy. So flavorful! We'll continue to order from here!

My family and I went into Silversands Pizza to dine a few weeks ago and the pizza was nice and crispy. We ordered the calamari as well but you could tell it was frozen and not fresh, not good at all. Tonight we ordered delivery and waited over an hour and our pizza was ice cold. So not the crispy pizza we were hoping for when we dined in. Wings were also not good, soggy and not crispy. I guess I would say dine in if you want a better pizza but definitely don't order delivery.

Been a Milford resident for 2.5 years, ordered from Silver Sands multiple times since it’s right down the road from me. I’ve honestly never had a 100% smooth, nothing wrong type of service. Not once. Tonight was the last straw the driver left two hot pizzas by the front door and left. It’s January 25° out. Guess who ate cold pizza? When I called the place they didn’t even offer me anything! All they said was that they’d speak to the driver and that was that. Unbelievable.
