This place is awful. I’m there right now. Pull into first car hop station and the call button is busted. Pulled into second station and button works. Except it’s now been five minutes and no one has taken my order. Drive thru is wrapped around the building. Obviously this location needs new management.

This location is filthy and rundown. They have lots of stalls closed, hand written signs everywhere talking about their dysfunction, and the dinning room has never been open once. Service is really not bad, but the place is just dirty. I just visited for the last time ever. They hand me a slush covered in syrup, water, and... a fruit fly. Tots were old and cold. Burger was fine, but not like other locations. This place is just not well managed by a longshot.

Very under staffed, will make you wait at a stall for hours without telling you their stalls are closed in the first place. If you’re not waiting forever then something will be wrong with your food.

Their patio drive up ordering was permanently out of service yet the machines were still operating with signs only on a portion of the machines so we sat there waiting 5 minutes with no response even though the machine said 'be right with you'. After figuring it out we were forced to the drive through. The store was closed to inside dining. In the end this was a poor quality sonic regardless of no prominent signage for those of us that do not live in the area. The burger and fries were not Sonic.

Regularly have the inside closed and then they close or wont answer the drive-in area either. Force you to wait and figure out you have to get in the drive thru. Then your order will be wrong of course but there will be a line of 20 people you don’t want to wait in to get the correct order. You have no other option to get the correct order so you’re out of luck.

3 outta 4 orders incorrect, the last being so bad I'll never go back. The hamburger meat raises many questions. Using the ole' "walk like a duck, quack like a duck" reasoning, it neither; looks, smells, tastes, or feels like it. So if surprises and pushing the USDA codes to the absolute brink is what you're lookin for, look no further my friend cause' Sonic has you covered....and guessing.
