Today, I was helping a friend out by trying to get information on a franchised location in an effort to file an unemployment claim since there is lack of work available due to COVID-19... NO HELP AT ALL, matter of the fact, the lady that answered the phone at the headquarters location was borderline RUDE. Harsh tone, not friendly, sounded irritated. Lady! Very questionable coupon policy by headquarters. They send out coupons the most of the individual franchises do not accept. Great way to lure in customers. Some of them will actually pay the regular price. I left the sand which there and was out.i did not need to be fooled by cheap tricks.
