This Review is about the subway company,Not the stores that sell the food,Got a gift card for xmas,I know the $ amout the person gave me,I used the card once,Wanted to check the amount left 2 months later,On card it says go to my subwaycard.com or call the number on card..Well the recording now says you can only do it Online,So i go online and it tells me to set up an account and i do ,and i still cant see a balance for card then it tell me to load the subway app, or go into a subway store location and have the person swipe my gift card,First i not putting the app on my phone,and i am not driving my truck thru some of the tight subway locations,Another thing subway company i will not go into your stores anymore ,I will donate what left on this gift card,Even your new subs are not so good !! Why does subway do you make so hard to find of the balance on a gift card ???,Is this way of getting people without the app to come into your store,Not everyone wants your app or there are some that dont have a smart phone,Instead of hiring sports people for ads on tv,Make a better web site for people find there balances on line !!!!!!!! or a number like most gift cards that tell balances..O i got it subway doesnt have the money to do that because there paying sport people to be in there ads on Tv so much money,Shame on you subway !!!!

Did she intentionally mess up my sub? The new subway series subs reads more like a menu. They have sandwiches with pe-set ingredients as opposed to the create your own style that has built the brand. At the same time, they are still supposed to be customizable. Well when I order one (online via the app) and unchecked the fancy mayo (aioli) box to remove it and then also put a note NOT to add it in the comment/special instructions section, you would think that would be enough. Unfortunately the employee either couldn't read, couldn't follow directions, or just didn't give a damn. That disgusting stuff (mayo) still ended up on my sandwich. By the time I went to eat it, the location had been closed so I threw it out. I filled out the survey and e-mailed the company. They replied with a basic sorry. I won't be back to this location. And for any future problems, I will just show up whenever they open, flip out and raise hell because that seems like the response the company wants...

The food quality is always Subway Good, However they are always Understaffed. Three times I have stopped in and there was One Worker, making subs very slowly. The line grew, the worker just kept making his sub, never picking up speed.... it was one of two subs he was making, had to stop at each station then ring the guy up even though he was with another person who then needed to order. It was 4:10pm. Another time it was around 5pm. Please hire more workers. Will never go again. The Subway nearer me has three people on staff at all times.....what give?

Why did I bother? The vegetables on my sandwich seem a few days old. The "sandwich artist" seemed annoyed at me from pulling him away from something more interesting.

I've been sitting in my car outside of subway 4 about 45 mins. Waiting 4 curbside pickup. I'm not able to walk well so this was a great option. Still after 2 phone calls and a ton of people going in and coming out I'm waiting. Never again. Worst experience ever at subway

First time in my life I got food poisoning for a spicy blt sandwich here. I will never ever ever eat at another Subway again. I was violently vomiting everywhere. Couldn't sleep because I just kept vomiting. I was practically just dry heaving untill all toxic stomachs acids were out. Let's not even talk about the explosive diarrhea...... Even today my stomach has beem cramping up all day, following by neck pain, kidney pain, and back pain. Have never felt this sick before in my life. And I'm on vacation from California, so thank you!!! DO NOT EVER COME HERE. I PROMISE I AM SAVING YOU FROM A BATHROOM DISASTER.

Don't come here. Women yelled at us for some toppings on the new sliders when the advertisement said it came with some on them. Don't plan on ever coming back to this subway at this location, since we couldn't even try them. You can't even leave a google review anymore on the internet and I completely understand since you don't want to lose your jobs and the building all together. You have a great building but you need new workings and ones who know the menu. Completely immature of this women to have done that, and then basically kick us out since we were correct about what the sticker on the glass literally said! Good Luck! Get New Workers!

Hands down the best subway on the post road. Staff is very professional and courteous. I drive several miles out of my way to go to this restaurant rather than the one around the corner from where I work. Shout out to Roscoe who makes my order from memory without fail, even if I haven't been in a few weeks.

This subway is great!!! The workers make the subs delicious!! I love it here! We're from Stratford an we travel all the way from Milford to get subs!!!!! That explains it!! It's so good!!!
So I'm at the ct post mall and I'm hungry from shopping. I don't have a lot of time and I'm trying to stick with my diet. So I go to the food court and have a look around. I'm looking for something low fat or perhaps a salad. No. No. ,No. Everything is a grease joint. Would you believe the best option was subway? I didn't even realize that they HAD salads. I know that there has been stuff in the news about subway chicken only having like 70 percent chicken DNA and the rest who knows what. But they have this " rotisserie " chicken that looks ( and tastes!) Exactly like real chicken breast, so I believe that it is real. The salad fixings are pretty bland....lettuce, spinach, peppers, onions.....but it is fairly fresh. And much to my surprise they had low calorie vinegar and oil, and the chopped it up nicely. I guess that Jared, the convicted pedophile that used to be the subway spokesman after he lost a couple hundred pounds eating subway, was on to something. I now have a workable diet salad option that is available on just about every other block. Today's mall trip was productive in one regard. I learned something!
