Dope staff, great beer, and cocktails for those who aren't into craft or just are not in the mood for beer that day. What's not to love.

Tribus is such a fun place to go on weekends to meet up with friends. I have been several times now and find it delightful. Ordering food from the outside food truck from your phone and having it delivered table side is a great service. Nice selection of both beer and other options. Looking forward to our next visit!

This is my absolute favorite brewery in the state of Connecticut for many reasons. Not only do they always have a variety of different styles of beer to choose from but they have plenty of seating inside or outside to choose from. Sports are also always playing on tv, especially their projector. It's also one of the few spots I never have to wait for a beer, their beer tenders are the best, they can handle high volume and please everyone. They happen to also have the Blind Rhino food truck trailer posted out front slinging wings and other great munchies to snack on. This place is simply the BEST.

Great venue. Dog friendly outside. Nice staff. The beer selection is great! Nice to see a variety instead of IPA after IPA.

Great beers, good energy and a friendly staff with super food truck eats make this place a must go. I have not had a draft here I haven't liked. Currently some fantastic options on the menu for IPA's are 'Mouthfeel', a triple IPA, "Goodie bag" a double IPA, and the good old fashioned single IPA "Benji". There's also fruit sours, barley wine style ale, cream ale, stout, and cider. If none of those work for you, you can order from the cocktail menu. Blind Rhino food truck has tasty solid pub food, and the best lunch special around. $12 Friday lunch you choose a McRino burger, salad, or wings.... PLUS a draft beer. They also have guest appearances by other food trucks on occasion and for those who want to bring their furry friends they are allowed on the patio space that includes tables, umbrella's, heaters, and patio furniture. They have trivia during the week, and occasional pop up shops and live entertainment on the weekends.

Was denied seating inside because of my service dog. Was told we were only allowed to sit outdoors due to "open barrels" inside the brewery. Wasn't even worth an argument so we left and went elsewhere. Extremely disappointed as this was my first and only experience there.

We met up with some friends Saturday night at Tribus and were easily able to secure a table while the band was packing up. It was too cold for outdoor seating but it looked like a great set up for warmer weather. Although Tribus does not offer flights, they offer both short pours (8 oz) and tall pours (full pint). We most enjoyed the two sours, Seedless and Pink Guava Zazz. We found the seedless to be heavier and more sour than the Pink Guava Zazz. You are able to order small bites from The Blind Rhino food truck, which seemed to be popular. The staff was friendly and were on top of removing our finished glasses from the table.

Great experience for catering a 40th birthday party at Tribus. Process couldn't have been easier from start to finish. Food was great, there on time, and would absolutely use Blind Rhino again. Just book it and do yourself a favor.Thank you Mandy for all you help !!

Tribus Beer Company is a craft brewery that opened in Milford, Connecticut in August 2018. It was founded by friends Matt Weichner, Sebastian D'Agostino, and Sean O'Neill. Weichner and D'Agostino both met when they worked together as brewers at New England Brewing Company in Woodbridge. D'Agostino later introduced Weichner to his longtime friend O'Neill, who had brewing industry experience from working at Cisco Brewers in Nantucket. The three soon formed a wacky friendship and had dreams and aspirations of going off and founding their own brewery. At the end of 2017, all three left their jobs and decided to make their dream a reality. They were able to acquire a 10,000-square-foot space in a Milford industrial park and they named their brewery "Tribus": Latin for "three". The brewery was met with immediate success after opening. In addition to brewing stouts, sours and pilsners, Tribus has become well-known for their popular IPAs.I first visited Tribus' taproom in March 2019. I knew Weichner and D'Agostino from my frequent trips to New England Brewing Company when they both worked there. Once they opened up their own venture, I knew that I needed to check it out. The place was hopping when I showed up. I sat down at the bar and was soon greeted by the friendly Weichner. I ordered a short pour of "Flow": a Double IPA brewed with Galaxy and loaded with tropical fruit notes. It was damn good! The taproom was nice and spacious and even featured a game room that was equipped with a ping pong table and classic arcade cabinets. Liberty Rock Tavern was the food truck that day, so I ordered a delicious Southern Fried Chicken sandwich with Waffle Fries to enjoy with my beer. Before leaving I also had short pours of "Blank Check 001" (Double IPA) and "Capulus" (Coffee Imperial Oatmeal Milk Stout). Once again, these beers were exceptional. I purchased some to-go cans of the aforementioned "Flow", "Cereal Spiller" (a Double IPA collab between Tribus and Counter Weight Brewing), and "F#$K IT" (Triple IPA). I look forward to more of Tribus' exceptional offerings.
