Came for a quick bite for my lunch break. The gentleman that took my order was professional and polite. I ordered two cheese slices and a bottle of water. The value seemed fitting for the quality, too. I paid under 9 dollars for everything and enjoyed my meal sitting at the outward facing window counter.

My wife and I are new to the area and wanted to try this place out. Unfortunately, our experience was not the best. There was an employee that had a terrible stench coming from her. It was a mix between dead fish and extremely rotten teeth. The food looked decent however the stench coming from this lady was unbearable. We paid our bill and left. Please speakTo your employees about hygiene. I don’t want to call her out by name but it was the short pudgy lady with glasses.

Typical Albanian WANNA BE PIZZA JOINT. Premade dough, bland-canned-sauce, frozen toppings...You name it and they got it wrong!The owner[s] would like to think that us Americans are all just ignorant when it comes to good food, but that's not the case.I'll stick to real pizza in the future.You can fool some of the people some of the time...need I say more?I'm sure these wise mouthed Pizza making WANNABE'S would say yes, but they also claim to have Masters Degrees. LMAO. I'm sure they also possess PHD's... Pizza Heating Degrees, because that food was frozen.

I wanted to leave a RECENT review for American Pie, although we have consistently been ordering from them for decades. American Pie is reliable and offers a large menu with very good pizza. Is it New Haven pizza? No. Is it the best pizza in the area? Probably not. But it is very good and we have NEVER had bad service in over 20 years. It is simply our "go to" and we have never been disappointed. They deliver to Trumbull and that has been a huge plus for us also.
Great pizza! I've tried a considerable amount of local pizza and American Pie is one of the better ones. I'll definitely be ordering again.

I'm pretty picky about 2 things. 1) Fettuccini Alfredo and 2) Sicilian Pizza. When we moved to Easton 7 years ago we tried probably every Italian restaurant in the area. And this was take out so it didn't get eaten right away. Hands down American Pie has the best and to boot, very nice also!

Good pizza! I have lived in Newtown 10 years and this was my first time trying the pizza and my kids Liked it. Better then crown pizza next door.
