I understand you get busy from time to time however there’s absolutely no way it should take me 2 hours to get a pizza delivered. Especially when I call multiple times and the order gets pushed out to only 10 more minutes each time. No offer of help except to cancel the order because they were too busy to help me.Last time we’ll be ordering from here. Shame that lousy service can ruin an experience this much.

Usually have a good experience at Julian's however, they lost any potential business going forward. I understand places get busy to expect us to wait 2 hours for a pizza and then lie about the delivery time twice is unacceptable. Give me an accurate time instead of attitude when I call. No offer of help for the wait times, just attitude.

I've ordered from here a couple of times and everything has been fantastic and exceeded expectations. I've ordered 2 different pizzas which were extremely tasty, I've tried a couple different heroes (italian and chicken park were both delicious) and I've also tried penne allá vodka and calamari, which were terrific. I was actually shocked at how good the calamari held up considering it was a delivery. I'm truly baffled by the bad reviews because my experiences with Julian's have been superb. Don't listen to the bad reviews cause they seem outdated. Julian's is an all around great place to order italian food. Highly recommend!

Pizza was better than expected but the dining area doesn’t have any table condiments, was given no plates and only 1 napkin. Was given these items when asked for them but had to get in line at the counter. Odd set up but the pizza was pretty good.

Coming from Europe where you can have authentic Italian pizza, I can say that this is the closest in taste. Sometimes there’s a bit too much red sauce on it, but they always adjusted it when we asked. We absolutely love the place.

Recently came to dine in and ordered 12 piece Buffalo wings, the Chicken Piccata, and a small Margherita pizza. The food was absolutely amazing and flavorful, the prices are good, and the staff provided a 10/10 service. Would highly recommend this place if you enjoy Italian food!

Chicken Cesar wrap and a slice is what I ordered, got charged for 2 slices. Lunch special on the wrap but got charged full price. Bathroom was disgusting, raw chicken left on counter, the chicken had a nasty taste when I bit into it. A few hours later I feel sick. I’ll never be back
