Stand McDonald’s. Can’t ask for any more. Can’t ask for any less. You are going to get exactly what you think of when you think of McDonald’s. It wasn’t extremely clean nor extremely dirty. The food wasn’t very hot nor very cold. Maybe the most average McDonald’s ever.

I only take my kids here maybe once a month but its become absolutely terrible, the place is always dirty and the people working are all in the back ignoring the customers. The staff needs to be retrained and learn to be more efficient so the lines are not packed, the only great people are Omar( Manager) ,Emily and maybe 2 other workers @ this location. It actually used to be very good when it first opened but has become increasingly worse, the people working here do not care about customer service and most of the staff has not been trained properly...?

It is the second time that they have not delivered my McChicken that I earned by redeeming points by purchasing from the app. The first time I let it go but this time I see it as very bad on the part of this McDonalds. They don't lose and I don't like losing my money. No more McDonalds ?

This place SUCKS. They can't get any orders right. Everything they have is stale. Btw they don't have sweet tea unless u ask for another 4 times. I asked for a new one because the first one was unsweetened and mostly water and the second one was the exact same. Also if you ask for sauce they either give you one or non. If you go inside don't expect fast service. They will be no one at the counter and even if you get their attention they will just tell you "someone be right here to get your order". And if you do mange to get your order they will take FOREVER.

Found an eyelash in my food, a white strand of hair, and chicken tasted like they were old and reheated. It makes me sad knowing fast food workers just don’t care anymore.
Horrible compared to West Haven. Food is awful in Monroe. The one in West Haven is like night and day. West Haven is delicious and made well. In Monroe, its like it was made by a monkey. Food suppose to be the same. How can you screw up a burger? Never

The RUDEST staff I’ve ever encountered. It is now becoming a problem just to ask for extra ketchup at the drive thru. Not to mention, you put an order in well over 20 minutes beforehand, the order is not ready and you have to wait another 20 minutes even when it’s not busy!

The quality is on par for what it is but you can get much better food cheaper at a deli. The place is clean enough but very boring looking. Staff vary- why do they ask about the app, surely I would tell them. It is annoying.The main issue is that every time I go here, I have to pull into a spot to wait. No matter what I order and it is usually just a burger or something simple for the kids. I used to get breakfast on the go because I like their coffee but it is no longer fast because of always having to pull into a spot. I was late for a meeting because it took 18 min for a sandwich one day. There were no cars behind me today and they still made me park...for a breakfast sandwich. It just makes me mad and not want to go back.

The worst McDonald's I've ever delivered for. Orders are rarely ready and usually are only started after I arrive and give them the order number. As a customer, this place is horrible, too. Most McDonald's in Fairfield County have better rewards through the app. All of the employees are great except for one Hispanic lady in her 50's / 60's. She may be related to Satan, though, so it's totally understandable.
