Pizza from a food truck? What a great idea! Friends catered this company for a birthday party, and overall the pizza was really good. They make several varieties including cheese, pepperoni, veggie and buffalo chicken but also had an interesting seafood option which included octopus. This is thin crust, brick oven pizza. I love the idea of having a food truck cranking out pizzas for a party. If you agree, you should definitely give them consideration for your next gathering! They also offer gelato.
