My wife and I were at Roberto's last night for dinner. As usual, the food was outstanding. I had the filet of sole and my wife had pork loin roast. They were both specials. Bartender and server Arif was wonderful, as usual, and owners and chefs Yukon and Jimmy were terrific. Terrific owners and wonderful chefs. The bad news is that it was the last night for Roberto's, as after approximately 40 years in business, Roberto's is now permanently closed.

The best part of this gem is Arif the bartender. He seems to remember everyone's name and honestly, he is the reason we go there. The food is good although it is a bit dark inside.

We used to go to this place years ago, and frankly, with all the nee places popping up, we haven't been back in a while. BIG MISTAKE. The food and service are terrific! If you haven't been to Roberto's in a while, come back, you won't be disappointed!!

Romantic ambiance, amazing broccoli bread in the beginning and lots of great menu options to choose from. They will also accommodate to your taste or preferences when they're able. Staff can be a bit slow at times or inexperienced but still a fine place to take the family, have a business dinner or for a first date or anniversary. Not too expensive for the quality. Highly recommend!

Stopped here for the first time on Saturday Night. The food was very good. I had the broiled scallops with Roasted Potatoes. I loved my meal. We ate in the BIG Dining Room which seemed so empty at 5 PM. But people quickly filed in at 6 PM. The broccoli Bread and fresh bread basket was delicious. I will have to order some broccoli bread next time I am there. It is truly different than what we are used to getting. It tastes Better than your average broccoli bread. The dessert was different and tasty. I got the Fried Banana Cheesecake and it came with a side of vanilla ice cream. Nice ending to a great meal. :) The bathroom however was very confusing, as the toilet paper dispenser was not near the toilet...it was about a foot away, making it for a hard reach from the actual toilet. My advice is to grab your toilet paper first, lest you fall off the toilet. Other than that, I lovely place to dine.

Had a party there last month. Food and staff were excellent. Office help, specifically the woman that booked the party, was terrible. She was unpleasant to deal with and has now knowledge about how a restaurant runs. She knew nothing about liquor and quoted various prices.

Usually love this place. Saturday night party of 7 the wait for our food was torturous ,when the entrees finally came out it took over 5 minutes for everyone to have their plate.

West of town locale on main street (state route 25) the main north/south route through town in the upper stepney part of town. Good to go and get to know this place which is a neighborhood staple restaurant.
