I use to go to chilli’s almost every other week for years , after couple month we stop by today i have the surprice that they charge(1.50 cents) if you order triple dipper with bone wings, really ? you can mix and match your triple dipper never hear before their is more money for adding none wings . Is so sad, the waitress was awsome but this tipe of charges will keep us away from this place. Very disappointed.

My wife and I were on our way to Mohegan Sun and we stopped at Chili's because we didn't want to wait on a long line for overpriced casino food. We were surprised how good the food at Chili's was and the serving staff while being young were very attentive. A very pleasant experience.

I ordered delivery and didn't show up at the given time that notified me. I called the montville location because that's where I ordered from. We spoke about the situation but at the end I just wanted a refund back and lady say "OK" and just hung up the phone. Great customer service. I called back to spoke to a manager and hopefully the manager gets it resolve.

My waiter was wonderful. She did everything she was supposed to. It was the kitchen who undercooked my friend's Burger after she explicitly told them. 2 make it well done, even showed us on our receipt.So the service. Three stars are for the kitchen other than that great time

Stopped in to Chili's for a dinner with my wife and we both ordered the Big Mouth Chicken Sandwich and we weren't disappointed. Beware this sandwich is approx. 5" high you can't possibly pick it up to eat it, cut it up and eat like you would and elephant, (one bite at a time). This Chili's is nearby McD, Dollar General, CVS, Subway, Sports Bar (Long Shots), Stop and Shop, Home Depot and gas station. Sorry I didn't take a picture for you guys. Dan
