The last 2 visits we were lucky enough to have Beth as our server. Beth is a genuinely happy and upbeat person. She is welcoming, friendly, smart and has a great sense of humor. She is also very observant and attentive. We can tell she really loves her job. It was so fun that she did the ketchup smiley for us. A lot of your traditions fell off since you opened that our family and a lot of customers were excited to be a part of. Beth really made us smile. We look forward to our next visit!!Thanks Beth! On feb. 25th 2024, My family and I ordered 3 orders of chicken tenders, reg onion rings , and a bacon cheeseburger , The cashier was very rude and disrespectful. I feel like he was racist . I’m not sure of his race but he looks Chinese or Asian and he was totally rude and sarcastic. I spent over 50.00 and I don’t appreciate being treated like this . However the waitress was very respectable and diffused the situation . I recommend him being in the back of the house not the front .

I recently visited Johnny's Rockets at Mohegan Sun and unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. I ordered five plain cheeseburgers and two chicken tenders, and I have to say, the food was subpar at best. The cheeseburgers were dry and lacked flavor, while the chicken tenders were overcooked and tasted like cardboard.The ordering process was a nightmare. I waited in line for a staggering 20 minutes, only to be met with chaos and disorganization. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were struggling to keep up with the orders.To make matters worse, the tables where I waited for my order were disgustingly dirty and greasy. I couldn't bear to sit there, so I ended up waiting outside instead.And let's talk about the price. I shelled out $87 for what can only be described as crap. It's outrageous to pay such a hefty sum for food that doesn't even come close to meeting expectations.Overall, my experience at Johnny's Rockets was extremely disappointing. From the lackluster food to the chaotic atmosphere, it's safe to say that I won't be returning anytime soon. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Went to Johnny Rockets for breakfast after spending the night at Mohegan . We were seated pretty quick . First waitress came over and asked for our drink order . 5 minutes later another waitress came over to also ask for our drink order again. So far service was good . We put in our food order pretty quickly . I ordered ham cheese omelet with onions peppers . When food came out , I received an omelet with mushrooms and something else . Our waitress was no where to be found , found another waitress and asked her our waitress over and let her know we received the wrong order . She came back apologized . We waited and waited then she brought over another omelet . Opened it up and it was a mound of tomatoes and mushrooms . At that point everyone else at our table was finishing eating . Found another waitress , told her again it was not the right one . She said the boss was here and she would make sure I got the correct order . I thanked her . Now our original waitress came back over to and took out her pad and said I put it in how you wanted it and they messed it up behind the counter . I said no problem . About 15 minutes , omelette #3 came out . This time just ham . No cheese peppers or onions . At that point I let them know and just ate it . It was very thin, with tiny pieces of minced up ham . Gross ! Wait staff was disorganized but nice . Won’t be retuning

Now I’m a regular and she is too. when ever we come to Mohegan we always get dinner at Johnny’s and always get a banana chocolate shake. Well we haven’t been here in a while do to family issues. So the first thing the gentleman that took are order didn’t do right was give me my change back it was like 3 dollars it was the tip I planed on giving him but I had to ask for it because. It wasn’t giving to me. Then we left went up stairs once to are room we sat down to eat we opened the cheese fries and the melted cheese wasn’t melted it was hard which I found to be really weird. Then my wife opened her tenders up and we notice right away they were not the tender we loved so much I honestly thought it was frozen fish that was deep-fried to the chicken pieces were frozen together and they were put into the deep fryer that way so one whole side of each chicken never got cooked I opened up my chicken in the same thing the old chicken they had it was real chicken this stuff was processed gross worse than chicken nuggets you get from Walmart I spent 40 dollars. Neither my wife or myself ate it then I called up the manager to let them now and they told me they couldn’t reimburse my money and that I would have to call that district manager Christian which I plan to call because I want my money back but this is just completely absurd!!! Who ever made the choice to change the chicken should be fired. I want the old chicken back along with my money!!!!
